"Excellent B & B. Trish greeted me upon arrival, showed me around, my room. The room beautiful, with a Queen bed, flat tv, robes, private full bathroom across the hallway with toiletries, hair dryer. The next morning, Trish had a breakfast spread all home made of Apple Crumbs, Orange Juice, Tea/Coffee, Croissant w apple jam, butter, Broccoli Quiche, Bacon, Home Fries. Delish. I plan to return, it felt like home. "

"Old Ivy Walk is the perfect place to stay while visiting NOTL. We were able to park our car at the house and walk everywhere. Our host, Phil was a pleasure to get to know. Even before we met he gave recommendations on where to eat, when to buy show tickets, etc. A delicious breakfast was waiting for us each morning. The house is beautifully maintained and very comfortable. We are looking forward to visiting again this summer."

"The gentleman at the front desk Saturday night was great. The woman in the kitchen Sunday morning was so nice and helpful. She helped with the food and reception when everyone’s keys stopped working. But the man/chef in the kitchen on Sunday morning was very rude to her. We could hear him swearing or swearing at her in the kitchen. She didn’t deserve to be spoken to that way."

"This was my first time staying at a bed and breakfast and I had an amazing experience. I was able to check in early and even got my room upgraded for free. "I enjoyed this property, it is lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful. I did not like the fact we did not have a window that opened. For some people this would not be a problem but for me it causes anxiety. We did have AC which we were able to use to cold the room. The staff tried very hard to help me with this situation.
