"The hotel was excellent, very clean, I just need to contact the agent or shipping support because they charged me again today for my hotel and it was already paid since Saturday and I'm not happy about that, why did they charge my account again without my authorization? I need the refund as much as possible, please"

The service agent didn't checked our breakfast, so nextday morning we have to pay our meal. We had to figure out what was wrong, it consumed our time. Please train the receptionists."
