"The titianic is a very unique hotel, with its industrial design. The room (standard) was large, considering it was a standard, with a good range of facilities. Only a few things regarding the room was that there was a stain on the bedding, and the trim of the shower was coming off, but overall beautiful rooms. "Lovely modern hotel, we had room with balcony. It was a nice stay, we just got woken early by cleaners up and down corridor at 8am. Other than that it was comfortable, modern, great views, well equiped, room has mini fridge, bottles of water, tea, coffee, biscuits, and robes. Great reception staff friendly and accommodating. "Very grand hotel with a lot of history, even stories about ghosts that haunt mainly the 3 rd floor. The floor we were on lol. We couldn't fault the cleanliness and helpfulness and politness of the staff. Didn't have chance to look around at this vast hotel but will definitely stay there again as being right in the middle of Liverpool and such a good price what more could you ask for ! "

"Had a fantastic 2 night stay here. Hotel itself is lovely with gorgeous decor, clean and good facilities. Customer service was excellent - every single member of staff we met was fantastic - super helpful and went above and beyond to answer any questions or provide help when needed. "Very nice hotel, attentive staff, particularly during dinner service. The room was comfortable & excellent spa facilities. The only down side personally was dogs in & around the hotel, but this seems to be way things are going now."

"Enjoyed our stay, was perfect for what we wanted. Staff very helpful and chatty. Bit disappointing that the roof bar area was shut for refurbishment, we werent told this on booking and it was one of the reasons i had made the booking. The place is tired and in need of renovation which i believe they're in the process of doing. Super convenient to Liverpool one and some great bars and restaurants nearby. Would recommend as a base for anyone."

"Great experience all round, every single member of staff we interacted with was a pleasure. Hotel was clean. Lifts were speedy so wasn’t an issue being on third floor. Loads of options for breakfast. Swimming is a book in system which I think should be clearer when booking- however that process was easy and pool was clean too. "

"Nice location. But the fire alarm going off was an issue. Did not like the bathroom so much as it was designed for disabled folks. No bathtub just a curtain with water getting all over the bathroom."
