The tiny house is air-conditioned with a mini-split air system and 3 fans for your comfort.

3. House is in a rural farm area with chicken, roosters, horses, dogs etc.
4. Horse stalls available for rent. Prior permission required in advance for bringing trailers and or horses.1-2 Horses allowed with an additional fee of $25 per horse, per day.
5. Pets permitted: One dog allowed with an additional $25 per night.. No other pets of any kind are permitted. Please keep dog off all furniture. Any sign that pets were allowed on the furniture or damage done by the pet will be subjected to fines in addition to any cleaning fees.
6. Welcome to the Valley of the Sun. Native to the area are all types of critters (lizards, bugs, spiders, and so on) who call the desert of Arizona home. While the home is regularly treated to control these pests, seeing dead bugs doesn’t mean there is an infestation but that the treatment is working. The house is cleaned in preparation for your arrival but those trespassers sometimes die at inconvenient times. To ensure ants stay out please don't leave food or crumbs on counters or tables.

Tiny Done Wrong
I’m giving this a one star rating because: - the owner’s barking dogs - no hot water - stingy, dirty supplies and cookware - duct taped front door, packing taped floor fan, air conditioner, and bathroom accordion door - kitchen dishwater drains right out of a PVC pipe and onto the dirt - not environmentally friendly due to the formaldehyde in dish soap - the shower smelled like urine - two pills were found on the carpet upstairs - do they ever vacuum - a lot of long, black hair on the floor…and my head is shaved - do they ever sweep - instructions on trash removal don’t make sense - no green bin to be found, so I drove my trash home
