A dream come true
We, my wife and our two little kids, 5 and 8, stayed for 3 nights at the Himmlischer Hof in Quedlinburg and we truly had the most wonderful time. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a medieval house, more than 500 years old. It is so beautifully decorated and the owners did such an amazing job renovating it with so much attention to detail that we felt at home right away. On top of that some generous welcome goodies were awaiting us when we arrived. The location couldn't be any better. Right across from the apartment is a big grocery store and the market square with all its cute stores, cafes and restaurants is only 3 minutes within walking distance. It was also great to have an assigned parking spot available. Communication was very easy and the manager of the property Frau Roßner was incredible helpful and easy going. A big thank you for a wonderful stay in such a beautiful town! All the best and we hope to see you again!

charming 2 bedroom apartment in historic Fachwerkhaus
very friendly landlord lives downstairs. Apartment has all the necessary amenities. Grocery store is across the street and main town center is only a 2minute walk away. Bedrooms face street side - so there's a bit of street noise when the windows are being left open.

Very charming apartment in an historic building near the center of an historic town
The apartment owners were great to communicate with, and getting in to the apartment was easily arranged over the phone. Parking, for example, turned out to be not a problem as there is a secure space for guests that is very near by. The apartment is very much like what is shown in the photos. It is not huge, but it was very suitable for my family of four. The apartment, though in a 600+ year old house, is very modern while retaining elements of the old house which can be seen in the photos. The apartment is also quiet. The kitchen is small but very well-equipped. The location is also great. There is a grocery store just across the street, a butcher just down the street, and a very nice bakery down the street and around the corner. There is a farmers market on the square once per week (Wednesday). The main square is a short walk down the street and all major attractions in the town are within easy walking distance. We would have enjoyed staying longer than we did, so we could have visited the Harz Mountains and some of the surrounding towns but that will have to be on a different trip. Quedlinburg is a beautiful town. I would definitely stay here again.

Die Wohnung in einem sehr alten Fachwerkhaus hat uns sehr angesprochen. Es steckte viel Liebe fürs Detail in der Unterkunft. Auch Quedlinburg selbst ist eine Reise wert. Genauso ist die Umgebung Wunderschön und lädt zu vielen entspannten, sowie leichten als auch schwierigen Wanderungen ein. Insgesamt war es für uns ein lohnenswerte Urlaub, in dem es an nichts mangelte.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in Herzen Quedlinburgs
Urlaub im Historischen Haus von 1477, sehr liebevoll bis aufs kleinste Detail saniert. Die helle, große Wohnung war bei der Übergabe super sauber. Die Küchenausstattung ist wirklich komplett und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Eine sichere r nett.

Trotz positiver Bewertungen sind wir ohne konkrete Erwartungen angereist und wurden in jeglicher Hinsicht überrascht: von der Stadt selbst, dem Haus und seiner Geschichte und den Gastgebern- wir haben uns begeistern lassen, in der Fewo fehlte uns an nichts und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Toller Aufenthalt in liebevoll restauriertem Haus
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in einer der beiden angebotenen Ferienwohnungen sehr genossen. Alles ist liebevoll restauriert, die eingelassenen Holzbalken verleihen eine angenehme Wärme. Die Ausstattung macht einen guten und wertigen Eindruck. Allerdings hatten wir bei Regen mit ein paar Ameisen im Bad zu kämpfen, das möchte ich fairerweise erwähnen. Dennoch vergeben wir insgesamt 5 Sterne, weil wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Eine sehr schöne und gemütliche Wohnung in zentraler Lage
Wir waren für 3 Übernachtungen in Quedlingburg und haben uns sehr gefreut, uns für dieses Objekt entschieden zu haben. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, die Wohnung ist sehr ! gut ausgestattet, bis hin zum Milchaufschäumer :), und zudem sehr gemütlich. Wir haben die Abende am Kamin sehr genossen. In der Küche findet man tatsächlich alles, was man für mehrere Tage braucht. Auch das Badezimmer ist sehr schön. Und alles ist sehr sauber! Die Lage ist sehr zentral, man ist in wenigen Minuten in der historischen Altstadt. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich sehr empfehlen und haben auch schon angekündigt, beim nächsten Quedlingburg-Urlaub genau diese Wohnung wieder zu buchen, und hoffen sehr, das klappt dann auch!

Der himmlische Hof ist eine wunderbare Adresse um den Harz zu erkunden und abends gemütlich vorm Kamin zu sitzen. Die Ferienwohnung ist außergewöhnlich geschmackvoll und stilsicher eingerichtet und wirkt wie ein Zuhause.

Zum Wohlfühlen.
Sehr netter Empfang, unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Wohnung sehr sauber. Vollständig eingerichtet. Küche gut ausgestattet, Betten gut, Bad ganz besonders schön ebenso wie der Innenhof. Es ist ein altes Gebäude, hat also z.B. eine Treppe, die nicht DIN-Normen entspricht und etwas Vorsicht erfordert. Ebenso muss man bei den Türen z.T. den Kopf einziehen und der Boden knarrt. Das sind alles keine Mängel. sondern ist alterstypisch und kein Grund zu meckern. Die Straße ist aufgrund des Kopfsteinpflasters etwas laut. Nachts ist allerdings nicht viel Verkehr, so dass es uns nicht weiter gestört hat. Insgesamt eine besonders schöne und urige Wohnung, die empfehlenswert ist.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in der Wohnung „Sonnenschein“ gemeinsam mit Freunden verbracht. In der Wohnung wurde an alles gedacht, liebevoll und durchdacht. Das ganze Haus wurde mit Hingabe und Kreativität restauriert. Der Innenhof lädt zu lauschigen Abenden bei einem Glas Wein ein. Wir können den Himmlischen Hof und die familiäre Atmosphäre sehr empfehlen!

Bestens Aufgehoben!
Vielen lieben Dank noch mal für die tolle Zeit bei euch! Wir haben uns wunderbar wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das alte Fachwerkshaus wurde sehr sensibel renoviert und steht im Einklang mit der Einrichtung. Darüberhinaus wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und genoßen am Abend im Hof die eine oder andere sehr interessante Geschichte von Lothar über die Region! :-)
