Perfekte Auszeit
Das alte, aber sehr modern und stylisch eingerichtete Haus war ein echtes Erlebnis. Die Lage ist topp, was immer man braucht ist da (Kaffee, Filter, Tee, etc). Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Die Betten sind traumhaft und wir haben geschlafen wie die Murmeltiere… Mein Sohn (14) und ich hatten eine wundervolle Auszeit in der alten Schneiderei!

Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin war optimal. Tolle Lage, durchdachte Ausstattung in ansprechendem Ambiente. Auch die Parkplatzlösung in der verwinkelten Einbahnstraßen Welterbestadt ist super.

Wunderschön!
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus .Alles da, was man braucht. Sehr schöne Lage nahe dem Stadtzentrum, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Das untere Schlafzimmer war auch angenehm kühl, zumal bei der Hitze. Und dann noch das sanfte Läuten der Nikolai-Kirche.

Wunderbares Haus
Ein wunderschönes Haus mit zwei Schlafzimmern und jeweils eigenem Bad. Die Lage ist perfekt, ganz Quedlinburg ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Gleich um die Ecke ist ein toller Platz mit Brunnen und netten Restaurants. Im Haus mangelt es an nichts - bis auf die eigenen Klamotten ist alles vorhanden. Selbst das WLan ist mit 50 (down) zu 20 (up) Mbit ungewöhnlich schnell für ein Ferienhaus. Die Übergabe war sowohl beim Einzug, als auch beim Verlassen völlig unkompliziert, die Verwalterin ist super freundlich und man kann sie jederzeit erreichen. Das Auto kann man nicht vor der Türe stehen lassen - ein Stellplatz ist aber in ca. 100 m Entfernung vorhanden. Die etwas steilen Treppen und niedrigen Türen sind für große Leute (1,90 m) am Anfang etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber nach ein paar Tagen hat man gelernt wo man denn Kopf einziehen muss. Vielen Dank, dass Sie dieses schöne Haus vermieten.

Einfach wunderschön
Wir durften den Aufenthalt in diesem Denkmal genießen! Tolles Haus mit zwei Schlafzimmern mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Super Lage, Quedlinburg kann von hier aus super per Fuß entdeckt werden. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist außerordentlich gut, man hätte nicht mal Zahnbürste und Zahnpasta dabei haben müssen! Herzlichen Dank für die die liebevolle Gastfreundschaft.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt! Das alte Haus hat soviel Charme und trotzdem ist durch die behutsame Renovierung jeder Komfort vorhanden. Ausreichend Platz für 5 Leute, mit dem Luxus von zwei Badezimmern.

Zauberhaftes Ferienhaus
Das liebevoll restaurierte Fachwerkhaus aus dem Jahre 1666 lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist perfekt ausgestattet und bietet sehr viel Raum zur Entfaltung. Die Lage ist zentral, trotzdem ist es ruhig. Der Preis ist absolut angemessen. Die Kommunikation und die Vor Ortbetreuung waren beispielhaft positiv. Alles rundum perfekt. Vielen Dank

Tolles, altes, mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviertes, kleines Haus. Es mangelt wirklich an nichts. Selbst unübliche Aufmerksamkeiten werden von der Vermieterin zur Verfügung gestellt: Zahnbürsten, Handcreme, Kaffee, .... in dem Umfang habe ich das bisher selten erlebt.

Ein echtes Zuhause
Es war Liebe auf den ersten Blick. Für diese Wohnung ist der Begriff "Ferienwohnung" zu klein. Vielmehr ist es ein Zuhause, das nicht nur geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bereitet, sondern wirklich mit allem ausgestattet ist. Es war, als hätten uns Freunde für ein paar Tage ihr Zuhause überlassen. Quedlinburg ist mehr als eine Reise wert uns so kommen wir wieder. In der Hoffnung, dass unser Zuhause wieder frei ist.

Besser geht's kaum noch
Ein wunderschön renoviertes Ferienhaus, in dem es an nichts fehlte. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und spätestens als wir am ersten Tag den kleinen Kaminofen im Schlafzimmer entfachten, kam im wahrsten Sinne noch mehr wohlige Wärme auf. Sooo schön! Und die sehr gute Lage nicht zu vergessen. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir können es nur empfehlen👍

Ferienwohnung Zeitreise
Trotz des Hauses Baujahr 1666 waren die neu gestalteten Räume auf dem neuesten Stand. Die Bäder und die Kühe sind hochwertig und vollständig ausgestattet. Einzig auf der Treppe im Haus und den Fußböden kann man seekrank werden, da diese schief sind, bei einem Haus von 350 Jahren sicher entschuldbar und auch so gewollt. Wenn man sich nach 2 Tagen daran gewöhnt hat, lässt sich die gemütliche Atmosphäre genießen. Es ist viel Lektüre über Quedlinburg vorhanden. Als Empfehlung sollte der Parkplatz mit gebucht werden, vor dem Haus ist es schlecht mit Parkmöglichkeit und in der Stadt ist alles per Fuß erreichbar.

Weltkulturerbe wohin man schaut!
Schon die Anfahrt in die "Neustadt" von Quedlingburg versetzte uns schon in eine andere Zeit. Man sieht gleich, dass nach der Wende und noch heute alles daran gesetzt wird, die vorhandene Bausubstanz aus den alten und neueren Epochen zu erhalten und zu restaurieren. Das ist mit dem Haus Konvent 15 sehr sehr gut gelungen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ganz besonders hat uns gefreut, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet wurde. Als Gast fanden wir besonders gut, dass die "normalen" Vorräte schon im Haus vorhanden sind. Es gab Gewürze, Kaffee, Tee etc., und ein kleiner Vorrat an Kosmetikartikeln war auch vorhanden. Da hat sich Familie Ochtrup gut Gedanken gemacht. Das Haus ist genauso, wie es in der Beschreibung steht und man auf den Bildern sehen kann. Vielen lieben Dank, Familie Ochtrup und Frau Griguhn. Sehr schönes, ruhiges Haus in zentraler Lage
