No loud noise after 9:00pm. Please respect the noise curfew. (9pm-8am)
No parties or events without host consent.
No smoking inside the apartment.
No unregistered guest allowed.
Please turn off the AC when you go out.
Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee ($75.00).
Please take care of the furnishings.
Please take the trash out before you leave.
The dog must be flea and tick free and current on prevention treatment.
Guests will not leave the dog unattended in the room.
Please bag and dispose of waste in the trashcan outside.
VISITORS - Daily Visitors must be approved in advance.
Noise – The renter shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good to neighbors respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners. The renter shall not create noise or disturbances likely to bother and annoy the surrounding property owners. Quiet hours are at night from 9 PM until 8 AM.
WATER SAFETY - It is the responsibility of all guests to be mindful of swimming pools, whirlpool, and waterways. Pool and Water Safety is YOUR responsibility. No lifeguard is on premises.
