If you do not speak French, make sure you have the Google Translate app for all the signage inside. If you have to call them, there is no English option in the recorded menu, stay on the line and someone eventually answers.
It looked Chic and the price was right, but the lack of communication and random issues made the stay stressful.
Firstly, we never received the check in email with the codes to get into the building and our room #. We had to call. It was only by accident that we found out that someone picks up eventually after the recorded menu finishes.
The water to the toilet was shut off. Thankfully my husband knew where the shutoff valve was and turned it back on. Also, the baseboards in the bathroom were very dirty so I cleaned them quickly with a Lysol wipe.
The wifi password did not work. At first, the TV worked and we were able to use Netflix but when I went to try and see the password on the TV, it lost connection. We looked around and found the router. It wasn't even plugged in. No idea how the TV worked. The router had a screen and we were able to scroll and find the correct password. We got the TV back on the wifi and were able to use our phones.
I had messaged the property through the app about the internet issue and sent an email but did not get a response.
The checkout instructions were unclear and we had to call again. All you have to do is leave by 11am. You don't need to inform anyone or punch a special code into the door. Just leave.
