"Two families stayed the long weekend here with 3 kids 10, 10, 8. It was beautiful and well kept, perfect little gem with a big property, covered semi heated pool and all the things you need in the kitchen. We enjoyed the sun, pool, gorgeous outdoor dinners and view. Very cool indoors at night. The host was so welcoming and booked us dinner 5 min away one night. Alassio is 15 min away down the windy road so convenient enough for a beach day and shopping in town. Easy parking. Just a perfect...

"Nice property with the most amazing views over the Mediterranean. Functional kitchen, two bathrooms and pleasant quirky front room. The two main bedrooms are a good size with access to a lovely terrace. The outside area is the star of the show with the amazing views and a pretty garden. Marco is the most friendly and accommodating host and provided lots of information concerning the local beaches, towns and restaurants. "The property is beautiful and the setting is stunning with amazing views out to sea. Be prepared for the 15 min drive up small mountain roads from Alassio, lots of blind corners and hair-pin bends which mean you don’t pop out for milk etc easily. The property manager is on site and is helpful if you need beach or shopping suggestions. The facilities at the property are good and our children (8,11,13) loved the pool. There is however a lot of concern from the property manager about noise...

The views are wonderful, and the things to do in Alassio include great food, fun at the beach, a wonderful town to explore, and a great atmosphere to enjoy. The owners were great hosts. They helped us get settled in, and were very responsive to any questions we had. I recommend this home to anyone who wants to get to know the Italian Riviera. We can’t wait to go back!"

"The holiday home was superb and very nicely decorated and furnished. This home made the holiday. It fully catered for all our needs, included a need to relax in the evening after sight seeing or a day at the beach. Further, the garden was lovely and enabled us to have breakfast in the sun! Also, the owner was fantastic and kept checking in with us to make sure everything was ok. Overall, this holiday home added to our great holiday in Northern Italy!"

"Haus sehr gross und gut eingerichtet; zwei Schlafzimmer haben allerdings keine Air conidition, sodass man immer alle Türen offen lassen muss, damit die gekühlte Luft auch dorthin zirkuliren kann. Tolle Wiese und riesiger Pool. Abwaschmaschine hat nicht richtig funktioniert (nur kalt gewaschen, Schimmel in der Maschine, zudem ist Geschirrkorb immer aus der Schiene gerutscht und hat Sprüharm blockiert); Besitzer war sehr bemüht das Problem zu lösen, aber Techniker konnte leider erst nach unserem...
