"Fridge was not very cold and technician said they were all like that. Radiators don't come on until 1800, had to wear a jumper in room during day. No kettle, tea, coffee in room. Bus stops nearby but bus system is very confusing. Hot food in palace restaurant was lukewarm with no microwave available but there was plenty of choice. The rooms and the hotel was kept very clean. The reception staff were a bit surly but adequate. The indoor pool was spoilt by un -checked children and irresponsible...

"The noise from the background of the school behind the hotel woke us up in the morning. The noise was continuing throughout the afternoon."

"Well placed for visiting valencia friendly receptionist and well arranged room. Warm in hotel and room for us but luckily we could open the internal window a little for fresh air. Bed comfy but oddly the quilt didnt have a quilt cover and was simply between 2 bedsheets. Overall great for a weekend stay."

"+ Tolles und grosses Zimmer und Bad. Gute Einrichtung. Super Dusche: endlich einmal eine richtige Dusche mit kompletter Duschwand, wo kein Wasser rausspritzt. Gutes Bett mit Qualitätsbettwäsche. Alle Angestellten, ob im Restaurant, an der Rezeption, im Frühstücksraum, Reinigungspersonal oder Techniker, waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. - Je nach Lage des Zimmers hoher Lärmpegel an Verkehr."
