Comfortable villa for a wonderful beach holiday in South Sardinia.
House 2 minutes from the beach, newly renovated, furnished and equipped.
Equipped with a large garden with a wood-burning barbecue, hammock and rocking chair, to spend pleasant evenings outdoors.

The house is located along the coast of Cagliari in the municipality of Quartu S. Elena, in a condominium of houses by the sea in the countryside, close to: supermarket, pharmacy, bars, ice cream parlors, pizzerias, restaurants, tobacconists, newsagents, sports fields.
The flumini beach is a two-minute walk away, but if you want to take the car you have the opportunity to visit some of the most beautiful beaches in South Sardinia:
10 minutes from the house, there is the Poetto beach in the Gulf of Cagliari-Quartu S. Elena with a beautiful sea and for those who enjoy outdoor sports, in the Poetto seafront there are several slopes dedicated to walking, running and to the bicycle and equipment for free-body gymnastics;
30 minutes away you can admire the beaches of Villasimius and Costa Rey (Eastern Sardinia);
at 50-60 minutes the beach of Santa Margherita di Pula, Chia and Tuerredda (Western Sardinia);
at 40-60 minutes it is possible to make excursions in the mountains and in the WWF Parks (visits to deer and fallow deer).

A pleasant stay in a convenient location.
The property is in a convenient location, close to Cagliari. There is a pizzeria, market and restaurants within walking distance. There is a small garden on the property with garden chairs and a table for outdoor dining. The facility can accommodate up to 8 people, but there was little equipment. At our request, the equipment was supplemented. Despite the fact that the facility could use a little renovation (eg. squeaky doors), my stay was nice, pleasant and worth recommending.

Appartamento curato e corrispondente alla descrizione. Gentilezza ed assistenza da parte dell'Host. Ottima posizione a due minuti dal mare con possibilità di effettuare gite in luoghi incantevoli nelle vicinanze.

Hinterhältige Abfallgebühren im Nachhinein
Sonst alles gut. Aber die hinterhältigen Abfallgebühren im Nachhinein, geht gar nicht! Wir wurden von Beginn an von Martha darauf hingewiesen beim Verlassen des Hauses keinen Müll zu hinterlassen. Ich hatte Tag davor mit Martha ausgemacht, dass ich nicht allen Müll mitnehmen muss (ein wenig Restmüll war für sie ok). (Hätte ich auch Biomüll mitnehmen müssen? Im Auto nach GER?) Kurzum: Es kommt eine Rechnung im Nachhinein, weil ich außer diesem Müll noch 2 Kartons da gelassen habe und etliche Plastico-Flaschen. Ich finde das eine Unverschämtheit! 10 Tage haben wir darauf aufgepasst, dass wir rechtzeitig jeden Müll rausstellen. Ich habe darauf geachtet, dass der Weg sauber bleibt. Die Wohnung wurde sauber hinterlassen. Und dann sowas! An einem der Tage wurde Plastico von den Müllmännern nicht gescheit geleert, so dass er noch 3/4 voll war. Dann sind wir dort rumgerannt, und haben überall Müll verteilt, um ja nichts zu hinterlassen. Sowas im Urlaub ist sehr belastend! Wir wurden so behandelt, als hätten wir nie den Müll rausgestellt. Vielleicht sollte das jemand ausprobieren. Die 50 Euro scheinen von Martha sowieso schon eingeplant worden zu sein. Dann also einfach die Sau rauslassen und nichts rausstellen. Genießt den Urlaub und macht euch keine Gedanken über Müll. Gebühren fallen im Anschluss sowieso an. Leider. Warum dann also sich den Urlaub vermiesen lassen. Echt schade um sowas.

Wir waren 5 Erwachsene, 1 Baby und 3 Hunde. Für uns war das Haus perfekt. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, perfekt war der Garten, da er komplett umzäunt ist. Der traumhafte Sandstrand ist nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt und man hört im Garten die Wellen rauschen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in nächster Nähe . Das Haus ist schön und ruhig gelegen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hoffen irgendwann wieder kommen zu können.

Sehr gute Wahl für einen Urlaub am Strand!
Lage: Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer sehr guten Lage, nur 2 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Der Strand ist sauber und gepflegt und bietet einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. In der Umgebung gibt es Restaurants, Geschäfte und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ausstattung: Das Haus ist geräumig und bot genug Platz für 7 Personen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und das Badezimmer ist gepflegt. Die Innenausstattung könnte etwas moderner sein. Garten: Der Garten ist sehr groß und bietet viel Platz zum Spielen, Sonnenbaden oder Grillen. Es gibt einen großen Gartentisch und mehrere Liegestühle. Außerdem gibt es im Garten mehrere Bäume, die Schatten spenden. Die Fotos vom Garten könnten im Inserat besser sein. Fazit: Insgesamt ist das Ferienhaus eine sehr gute Wahl für einen Urlaub am Strand. Die Lage ist perfekt, der Garten ist toll und das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für die ganze Familie.

Séjour d’une semaine chez Marta
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. La maison et son jardin sont agréables. Marta est très réactive lors de nos sollicitations. Elle fait tout pour que nous soyons bien installés. Sur le site français d’abritel, attention il est noté que les draps et serviettes sont fournis. Cependant, une location de 8€/personne est à verser. Nous vous conseillons vivement cet hébergement qui est bien situé

Geweldige vakantie doorgebracht met vrienden. Het huisje had alles wat je nodig had, alleen er mochten meer kasten in de slaapkamer staan. De badkamer mag ook vernieuwd worden er was roest in het bad.

Zwei Minuten vom Strand entfernt
Wir haben die Zeit in Sardinien sehr genossen. Das Endreihenhaus ist praktisch eingerichtet. Alles da was man braucht. Italienischer Standard. Die Vermieterin sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auf kurzem Wege zu erreichen. Ohne eigenes Auto ist man aber aufgeschmissen. Zusammen gefasst: geiler Urlaub. Grazie Marta

Maison fonctionnelle et propre à proximité de la plage
Nous avons apprécié notre séjour chez Marta, la maison est fonctionnelle, propre et climatisée. Marta répond rapidement à toutes nos solicitations c'est appréciable. Toutefois, comme je lui ai mentionné certaines photos ne sont pas conformes à l'annonce, nous n'avons pas la totalité du jardin il est coupé au niveau du bbq, pas de lave vaisselle ( c'est une détail j'avoue),et un autre logement à proximité directe en connexion avec la porte de la cuisine , les autres occupants n'ont pas été là durant la totalité de notre séjour mais nous aurions aimé avoir l'information sur l'annonce, le logement semble avoir été divisé et donc cela explique aussi le jardin plus petit mais non moins très agréable. Tout cela ne nous a pas empêché de profiter de notre séjour, dans un cadre reposant .

Doveva essere una vacanza rilassante, una settimana passata in famiglia in una casa al mare “appena ristrutturata”. Eppure la proprietaria si è dimenticata di specificare che con “appena ristrutturata” intendesse il semplice rifacimento del cappotto termico. Purtroppo è una casa con tantissimi disservizi: porte che non si aprono e si bloccano, scarichi che non funzionano, zanzariere rotte, vetri rotti, ristagni nelle docce, oggetti sparsi sopra e dentro gli armadi con accumuli di polvere, lampade ed elettrodomestici rotti lasciati nel salone, dondolo all’esterno sporco di cibo e lasciato al contrario per non mostrarlo agli ospiti, giardino diviso in due (e non previsto nella descrizione), modem Wi-Fi non accessibile perché posizionato nella parte posteriore della casa (e pertanto rende impossibile controllare eventuali problemi di connessione che hanno impedito in tutto il mio soggiorno l’accesso ad una connessione “illimitata”come invece descritto nell’ annuncio). Questi disservizi hanno costretto la mia famiglia a cercare alloggi alternativi in quanto una semplice pulizia extra (che mi è stata offerta dalla proprietaria solo dopo che ho chiamato l’assistenza di Vrbo per un aiuto e ho dimostrato alla stessa che ero in difficoltà con la casa) non avrebbe potuto sanare tali disservizi causati dalla mancanza di una manutenzione ordinaria della casa da mesi, per non dire anni. Il tutto accompagnato dalla disonestà della proprietaria stessa che pur di non confermare la realtà dei fatti e l’esistenza di tali disservizi, ha impedito all’assistenza di Vrbo di rimborsarmi anche solo parte del pagamento effettuato, perdendo così tutto l’importo pagato pari ad un intero stipendio mensile. È un dispiacere trovare gente così disonesta che mette in affitto case prive di manutenzione spacciandole per “appena ristrutturate” e che si diverte a giocare con le poche ferie delle persone e importi pari a stipendi mensili. È inoltre inaccettabile che una tale sistemazione con questi disservizi possa esserne predisposta ad affitti brevi su piattaforme a ciò dedicate. Spero che si prendano provvedimenti al riguardo e che non capiti a nessuno di vivere una esperienza del genere.

Het huis was prima , netjes , schoon , ideale ligging , mooie tuin
We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad , huis was prima voor elkaar , op een paar kleine dingetjes na die na direct contact met de verhuurder zeer snel opgelost waren . Mooi huis mer ruime kamers en mooie tuin van alle gemakken voorzien . Strand op 2 minuten lopen , supermarkt 10 minuten lopen, goede bar op 15 minuten lopen . Cagliari , solanas en Villasimìus op korte rij afstand.

100 m bis zum Strand
Das Reihenendhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Siedlung umgeben von großen Bäumen, so dass im tollen Garten immer Schatten ist. Manch ein Bild in der Anzeige stimmt nicht ganz überein mit dem Ist-Zustand und manch ein Möbelstück ist ein wenig wackelig aber dennoch alles funktionstüchtig. Aber das spielt keine Rolle, denn die Ruhe, die Nähe zum Strand und die fussläufige Anbindung zum Bus, Supermarkt und Pizzeria ist hervorragend. Was will man mehr?!

Nous avons passé une tres bonne semaine . Marta est d’une gentillesse exceptionelle et de bon conseil . La maison est grande et tres propre , jardin magnifique . En revanche , c’est un peu bruyant le matin a cause d’aboiement de chien dans le quartier . La maison se trouve a 20 mn de Cagliari et a 20 mn egalement de belles plages . Merci Marta pour cet accueil

Super Häuschen...!! Nette umgebung..zu Fuß 5 min zum stein/Sand Strand mit klarem Wasser
Ein hübsches Häuschen. Super groser Garten. Nette junge Vermieter zuverlässig und pünktlich. Mehrere Schlafzimmer und Bäder. Einrichtung auch ganz gut natürlich italienischer Standard aber sonst alles soweit in Ordnung. Wir waren mit Kind und Hund und es hat soweit alles gepasst.

Tolles Ferienhaus!
Sehr nah am Meer liegt dieses wunderbare & frisch renovierte Ferienhaus. Es ist alles drin was man zum guten Leben im Urlaub braucht. Die Eigentümerin Marta und ihr Bruder stehen jedem Gast bei wirklich allen Problemen, Fragen und Wünschen zur christlichen Uhrzeit immer gern zur Verfügung und sind ständig bemüht die absolute Zufriedenheit zu erzielen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und kommen gern wieder!
