The house is located along the coast of Cagliari in the municipality of Quartu S. Elena, in a condominium of houses by the sea in the countryside, close to: supermarket, pharmacy, bars, ice cream parlors, pizzerias, restaurants, tobacconists, newsagents, sports fields.
The flumini beach is a two-minute walk away, but if you want to take the car you have the opportunity to visit some of the most beautiful beaches in South Sardinia:
10 minutes from the house, there is the Poetto beach in the Gulf of Cagliari-Quartu S. Elena with a beautiful sea and for those who enjoy outdoor sports, in the Poetto seafront there are several slopes dedicated to walking, running and to the bicycle and equipment for free-body gymnastics;
30 minutes away you can admire the beaches of Villasimius and Costa Rey (Eastern Sardinia);
at 50-60 minutes the beach of Santa Margherita di Pula, Chia and Tuerredda (Western Sardinia);
at 40-60 minutes it is possible to make excursions in the mountains and in the WWF Parks (visits to deer and fallow deer).
