Schönes Haus
Ein schönes Haus mit großen Garten und schönem Pool, welcher aufgrund eines Defekts einige Tage nicht benutzt werden konnte. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und bemüht das Problem mit dem Pool zu lösen.

Ein wirklich sehr schöner Urlaub
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Villa Romina. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich auch wenn unsere Kommunikation etwas holprig war mit dem Google Übersetzer. Aber irgendwie geht's ja immer. Man braucht dringend ein Auto und kann von dort aus auch alles gut erreichen. Vielen Dank

Nettes Haus - Gäste nicht willkommen
Die Ausschreibung des Hauses lässt die wichtigsten Infos weg. Die Straße Richtung Haus nach Verlassen der Hauptstraße war ein unbefestigter Feldweg mit unheimlich tiefen Schlaglöchern in kurzen Abständen. Nicht jeder hat ein geländegängiges Fahrzeug. Das Grundstück ist von einer 2m hohen Mauer umrandet, hat was von Kaserne. Es gibt nur einen Parkplatz unter einer großen Pinie. Anstatt eines Carports war nur ein Tuch gespannt, welches beim ersten Sturm abgerissen wurde. Dutzende Zapfen sind während unseres Aufenthalts runtergeflogen, danke für die Dellen als Andenken. Die Vermieterin spricht nur italienisch. Der Google Übersetzer war die einzige Rettung. Der checkin Vorgang war eine einzige Katastrophe. Obwohl bei Buchung WLAN frei war, wollte sie stark überhöhte Gebühren (pro Person). Erst ein Gespräch mit Fewo hat das Problem gelöst. Die Anzeige wurde im Nachhinein geändert. Das Haus erinnert an ein Museum. Das Mobiliar mutet größtenteils eher dekorativ an, alle Flächen sind mit Schüsseln / Vasen bestückt. Eine große Vitrine mit unzähligen Gegenständen ist mit einem Vorhängeschloss gesichert. In jedem Zimmer Bewegungsmelder, auf dem Grundstück insgesamt 7 Überwachungskameras. Das Haus und der Garten ist übersät mit Verbotsschildern. Hier ist der Gast nicht willkommen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist minimalistisch. Man muss dringend scharfe Messer mitnehmen. Plastik ist Trumpf. Die echten Gläser sind in der Vitrine eingeschlossen. So sind nur fünf Teller in Keramik verfügbar, der Rest ist Stückwerk. Die Hängeschränke sind absolut gefährlich in Kopfhöhe angebracht. Die Stromspannung ist höchst instabil. Teilweise laden moderne Geräte gar nicht oder nur sehr langsam über viele Stunden. Dann gibt es plötzlich Phasen, wo ein Tablet in einer Stunde voll ist. Der Garten vor dem Haus ist sehr nett angelegt, hintenraus eine einzige Baustelle. Der Garten hat einen Teich und die Bewohner hätte Katja erwähnen müssen! Schildkröten und Frösche führen bis tief in die Nacht zu einem schier unerträglichen Lärm. Nach etwa einer Woche waren wir in der Lage den Lärm auszublenden. Der Garten verfügt über integrierte Rasensprenger, die aber haargenau zur Frühstückszeit um 9h angesteuert sind. Bis ca. 11h schwimmt alles, an ein Frühstück im Garten ist nicht zu denken. Zusammenfassend muss man sagen, dass ein eigentlich nett angelegtes Haus einfach nicht einladend und funktionell ausgestattet wurde. Das Auftreten und die vielen Verbotsschilder sind absolut abstoßend.

Un soggiorno fantastico
Ho soggiornato in questa proprietà nella settimana di ferragosto insieme a 5 amici. Devo dire che è stato tutto perfetto: la casa è molto bella, spaziosa, ben arredata e con tutto l'occorrente. Non c'è l'aria conaizionata, ma ogni camera dispone di un ventilatore che è sufficiente per dormire bene. Le foto del sito rispettano fedelmente la realtà. Lo spazio circostante la villa, composto da un giardino con alberi da frutto a disposizione, una piscina e un caminetto per grigliate, è davvero eccezionale per trascorrere una vacanza in pieno relax. Consiglio caldamente questa struttura anche per la posizione strategica, a soli 25 min da Cagliari e da alcune tra le spiagge più belle della zona, e per la gentilezza e la disponibilità della proprietaria e, in particolare, della famiglia di casieri che ci ha accolti. È stato davvero tutto perfetto, torneremo sicuramente.
