Pros: Alexandra is a terrific host, extremely responsive and available, as she lives just steps away. A minor plumbing issue arose on Friday night, and it was fixed by Saturday morning. She also did a mid-week sheets and towels exchange, so we had clean linens half-way through our stay. Very nice!
