"Before we even got through the front gate the bell was out of order and you had to phone to gain access. It took 3 calls before we got through The room was very noisy in the evening and the balcony chairs plastic When we had tea on the main bars patio/balcony the receptionist closed the door and we were left locked out There wasn’t even an egg cup in our superior room Enough said "

"The location of the Luna Olympus is great almost on the marina, I booked a marina view and it was amazing. Yes there is a bar at the bottom which stays open until the early hours and has unsavoury women in it but it doesn't have anything to do with the hotel. The things that stops this place from being a true 4* is they don't change the bedroom towels everyday and the area around the pool needs to be paved not grass as it gets worn and muddy if it rains, but I would definitely go back. "

My only downside to this hotel would be in the apartments away from the hotel which I stayed in, I had next to no WiFi. I spoke to one of the staff the next day and he tested it and pretty much told me there was nothing he can do.
