The people staying on the floor above us had a child that was running and banging on walls and doors for hours. Informed the front desk both evenings that this disturbance was unacceptable and disruptive to our stay. Clearly I wasn’t the only one who complained that weekend and nothing was done about the situation. This went on until late into the night time.
