We locked ourselves out of our room after the wedding we were attending and Katya not only responded to our contact but resolved the issue quickly and easily. "Location was great - 5 min drive into the main sights of narooma. Superstore nearby for bbq food. Stayed in a safari tent and it was spacious clean and had a good sized kitchenette with amenities and lovely private shower/toilet facilities. Walk straight onto handkerchief beach, pool was nice and big and lots of park facilities for bigger kids, although we did not use as we have a baby. Really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer "
