"My only "complaint" is that during my stay members of the China Football National Team held an event at the hotel and for a few days it felt like an armed encampment. It was understandable but off putting nonetheless."

"Hardware is good.Service is bad. We drove all the way from Shenzhen to the hotel and when we pulled the car to the front of the hotel, a staff came out. His first comment was: you cannot park the car here! No greeting or welcome as we would have expected. How were we supposed to unload luggage?!! "A nice place to stay at, would recommend to others."

"No English spoken there. Toilets don't work. Entire hotel is filthy and carpets no vacuumed even while I was there. Only western food was hard boiled eggs. Only halt roll of toilet paper in room at any time. Then to top it off the tried to charge 1000 yuan or 50% more for the stay than the Expedia itinerary price on the booking. It's a 100% Dump all round. "

"I needed a room and free airport transfers for an overnight layover. This did not end up being ideal for that situation but might be good for a longer stay as long as you confirm the airport transfer well in advance. Communication was very difficult (English speaker) and the instructions for the check-in process were not clear. I ended up having to pay for a taxi to and from the airport. The room was beautiful and clean."
