The attendant of reception was rude, balcony furniture was in the hall and not on the balcony, and the room was not cleaned or attended to for the duration of our stay. Someone did come in, seemingly for the purposes of cleaning, but did not clean anything, and instead threw away photo lens cloths and in the process knocked a mini SD card, with all my photos on it, onto the...

"We book the apartment for our stay and it was the best option, there is privacy in between the apartments so it was very comfortable for us. Only downside I can remember is that the pool closes at 7pm, and we didn’t have access to the infinity pool on the rooftop and just find out this when we arrived. "

"We ordered 2 / 2bad rooms apartments with sea view, we got one 2 bad room and one with 1 , still the same price. Ardi the guy we had to deal with was very helpful and the location of the apartments was excellent 👍 Expedia need to better select the type of view are the apartments, there is a difference between sea view and partly sea view. Overall still a great apartments. Sarande had great food everywhere and Ksamil is only 10-15 min drive from there."
