"Wonderful hotel and an excellent value for money, the staff was very welcoming and professional, the room was huge and spacious, very clean, high ceiling and very spacious bathroom, it seemed like a suite. It was a pity we just stayed for 1 night, but it was totally worth it. The only aspect to improve is the Breakfast service being served on a sister property on the back of the hotel, it is a very short distance and easy to reach, it's just the expectation of having breakfast onsite and in the end you need to go out of the hotel. Just a suggestion for the staff to inform it beforehand and in the future the ideal would be to have a specific breakfast area inside the hotel itself. Otherwise, totally recommend this hotel, is the best value for money in Berat and the city is beautiful"

"What a wonderful setting and building. We highly recommend this Villa on your visit to Permet. Our room was super comfortable from the bed to the bathroom. The staff was dedicated and friendly. We were in Permet in the late fall and so the dinner options in town were limited so we decided to make a reservation at the Villa's dining room for dinner. We were not disappointed. Everything was great. The setting, the appetizers, salad, wine and main course and the service was fantastic. The provided breakfast was delicious. The deep fried bread and fruit square was a nice touch. The breakfast menu was choice of 6 or so items prepared to your liking. The Villa is an easy walk to the downtown for exploring and easy access to hiking up the hills behind the Villa. We would not hesitate to return to this Villa in the future."

"Arrived at hotel and was double charged for booking (by Expedia and front office staff) at checkin. Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room."
