"Ahmed at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful. He allowed me and others to leave our luggage then after checkout and come back to grab our stuff a few hours later. That was very convenient since it allowed me to spend more time exploring the city and not have to head to the airport directly. Hotel room was very clean and had basic needs. Price was fair but given the location (walking distance to all major historical attractions in Amman), it was a very good deal. The hotel is on a busy street with lots of activity, that could be a positive if you want a real feel for the chaotic Amman life or a negative if you are noise sensitive and do not like busy areas. Will certainly stay here again when in Amman again. "

"Traveled from Los Angeles to Amman for four nights. landed late night and reached the hotel just before 1AM. Service was great! Yusuf was very friendly and helpful during checkin and also during checkout when he ran downstairs to get me a taxi/cab and also negotiated the price for me. The location is perfect. Literally 3 minutes walk from the Roman Theatre and 20 minute walk to the Citadel. The room, at least the one I booked was small (compared to US standards but the same as the ones I had booked in Rome and Brussels so I guess not really a problem) but perfect for me as I had booked a two day tour so. Wasn’t in the room much but it was clean and everything was functional. I tried the breakfast on my last day; small selection but can’t complain, it was good. Overall, really enjoyed my stay would definitely recommend Rafi hotel and would absolutely stay there again. Only thing I would say is that I sent a few messages from Hotels.com (for airport shuttle and also for late checkin since the airline kept moving/delaying my flight) but never got a response. In the end, it didn’t matter…Hotels.com does mention that you can call their phone number which I didn’t :) "

"Overall, it was good; (fair for the price), Cons - The room smelled weird, - There is a lot of noise from the street and the cars around (almost all the time) - The room wasn’t well cleaned, the floor is dusty and dirty Pros: - The staff service is great; they helped me with everything I needed. - The location is great, a lot of shops around and great places to eat - There are some touristic places around as well to discover and explore around Amman - Short walking distance from almost everything "

"I thought it was an awesome place! They do everything to make sure you feel comfortable. I stayed in a shared room with a few other guys and it was very quiet the whole time, enough to be able to sleep."

"Great loacation as it is very close to the city center. Staff call the room every morning to asknif we come down for breakfast which was annoying. Additionally the breakfast area has one toaster that does not work. Great gotel but rooms need some upgrading and WiFi was terrible on our floor. Staff stated that WiFI works best in the lobby which was a little dissapointing. Overall reccomend for the location but needs improvement. Breakfast was also the same items every day which got tiring really quick especially since we stayed for 2 weeks."

"The staff here are very nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and you can order omelette. Rooms are very basic but we didn’t pay for 5 star hotel. We had nice view of the amphitheater. It is quite noisy at night as it’s in a busy spot. Overall I think it was a pleasant stay"
