"I arrived at the airport and had contacted the hotel in advance to arrange a transfer. There was a slight wait for the driver, but the hotel promptly notified him when I sent a message. He greeted me with a sign, took my luggage, and was an excellent driver, even offering me a traditional Egyptian date biscuit and pointing out various landmarks along the way. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was warmly greeted at the front desk and informed about the hotel's amenities, including the indoor swimming pool, breakfast area, and rooftop restaurant. The hotel itself was wonderful, pleasantly fragrant thanks to the humidifiers, and comfortably cool thanks to the air conditioning. My room was clean and well-equipped with a refrigerator, television, and a separate shower and toilet room with a window—a welcome feature for ventilation. While the mattress and pillows were a bit firm for my preference, I adjusted after a few days. Otherwise, the air conditioning was excellent, the television worked perfectly, and the refrigerator was invaluable. The refrigerator and air conditioning units were a little noisy, but not excessively so. Housekeeping cleaned my room daily. An the people we're all nice, first time i visited and i would come again. Thanks for the great experience."
