"The property itself is excellent with clean, updated rooms including comfortable beds, a kitchen area, a good shower and a small outdoor patio. Access is all provided through codes sent via email. This all worked fine, but we stayed two days and never saw a person on the staff. I don’t know how any type of problem would have been handled. The biggest concern was parking. "The place is a walking distance to dining, shopping, parks, sea and restaurants The view of the sea is quite stunning. I was quite impressed. The property manager is approachable and friendly. The property is spacious with a sofa. It has a washing machine. My partner and i had a very good time and will surely use the same place, if it is available. Highly recommended 👌. "

"Beautiful apartment in a central location. View from the balcony at the rear of the property was not the best (overlooking unkempt yards of other properties), but it was quite and the balcony is nice. The Gatto team arranged a taxi to meet us at the airport which was great as we were checking in late and the driver showed us to our room. "We enjoyed our stay. There are not a lot of amenities provided. For example, hair shampoo or hair conditioner. They only provide shower gel. there is no room safe. Four rooms are in close proximity to the reception desk, resulting in some ambient noise from guest check-ins and staff conversations. Additionally, being located on the ground level, there is some potential for traffic noise. While this did not pose an issue for us, it may be a consideration for other guests. "A true boutique hotel in a historical building that has a lot to explore. Whether you have sensitive skin or sensitive bowel or sensitive soul there is something for you at this hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, along with their extremely cute dog and playful cat. Also love their food and drink, the welcome wine and sweet are of really good quality. Not to mention their locally made toiletries and their soft Egyptian cotton bedding. Simply put, they value providing authentic and quality products and services over generic cost-saving options."
