Each bedroom has easy access to one of the two bathrooms, both equipped with a bath and an electric shower.

Outside, you'll discover a charming courtyard accessible through a gate or patio doors from one of the bedrooms. A narrow grass area surrounds the property, enclosed by a low wall.

Parking is hassle-free with a large drive accommodating up to three cars.
