"AC did not work and they couldn’t fix it. The water pressure was also extremely low which made it hard to shower and even flush the toilet. There was an awesome guy working 24/7 who was trying to solve all problems. Thumbs up to him. "

"Fantastic place to stay. Staff are super friendly and helpful, place is clean, pools great and in a good location with access to the hotels beach area with lounges. Breakfast was also great, very fresh. Only thing was the bed in our room was extremely hard."

"Beautiful hotel! The staff was so friendly and service minded. It was a little difficult to find the hotel when driving, but you go into the Park Village. I would recommend to anyone! "

"Well... we should i start.. first of all..i am quite relaxed about stays ,not to fuzzy at all. check inn is non existent ..carry your luggage up the stairs yourself.. the rooms are horrendous , the matras was torn on several places ,the room was absolutely not clean.. big bugs on the walls, The water was almost every day cut off ,let alone be warm water for showering ,the staff is 1! girl whos rather on her phone than working . i stayed 17 nights ( because paid upfront) there was one other...

"I am a solo female traveller. Zanzibar House is an excellent property in so many ways. The staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds are a delight to be in, with lots of comfortable places to sit and read or contemplate the beauty of the area. I did not use the pool and I am sure it would be lovely. At night time I had an evening meal which was tasty and they accommodated my dietary requirements very well. I am gluten intolerant. I recommend this hotel if you like quiet and beauty filled...

"We very much enjoyed our stay. The villa is very spacious and would easlly accomodate a much larger family than ours. The garden is really large with many beauiful flowering bushes, coconut palms and a large porch where we took our meals. Nearby, there are two small nice restaurants, we also used the offer to have meals prepared for us by the house-keeper. Lilia was very supportive as host...! "We loved our stay at this Zanzibar beach house, but there are a few things you should know that are not listed. If you are used to a VRBO house, this is very different. There are 12 staff on property. They clean the house every day. There is a pool cleaner, beach cleaner, and security. The main difference for us was that we did not have access to the kitchen. "The place exudes luxury everywhere! Absolutely loved the moon shower experience with no fear of being exposed as the villa is all engulfed in a vegetation facade! The room itself is carefully laid out in a very thoughtful way with an air con system that flows through the bed for a slumber I didn’t want to get out of! The bedding was exquisite! It has a very spacious balcony with a hammock and some chairs. I got to be transported for meals in a buggey! I felt like royalty! I didn’t want to leave the villa honestly but had to grudgingly! Will definitely go back without even a thought! The place is to die for!!!!!!!"

"Excellent hotel and service. Food was very good as well, with the caveat that the buffet was not always available (some nights were a la carte only). Limited entertainment, but it was enjoyable when there was some. I would choose this hotel again regardless of those two things, overall it was a wonderful experience "
