"It was the trip of a lifetime and our host, Jo, could not have been more fantastic! Attentive and knowledgeable about everything we needed. A perfect place for visiting the entire area. We stayed 5 weeks and had a total of 39 people stay during that time. Everyone loved the house. A perfect place for celebrating with family and friends. Jo suggested Chef Celine for special meals in the house and she was amazing. I did not want to leave. A truly magical place!"

"Fantastic little place in the middle of the vineyards. Truly enjoyed the home, BBQ and pool. Communcation went smooth and the place is in a great condition. It more then met our expectations and we would recommend it 👍"

"We had a wonderful time at the house. It is so much larger than the photos show. The lounge is cavernous and the two main bedrooms are very generous in size. The bathrooms are clean and well positioned. The kitchen is also well equipped and in a perfect place to make use of the outside dining table and bbq. "Belle gîte honoured its name: within an old farmhouse this gîte was charmingly set and furbished, with access to beautiful terrace under high roof where we relaxed every night and during daytime as well. The pool is in the back garden with view on vineyards and surrounding area. Hosts Simon and Cheryl are wonderful, around and available if needed, warm and positive attitude. "We loved staying at La Maison, the two residences were perfect for our group of friends. There was plenty of space and different areas to chill out and we used all of them. The pool was a great way to cool down each afternoon. The rooms are spacious with all the basics provided. We were also welcomed with a box of goodies and milk in the fridge. "We spent the month of June at the gite, and we really loved it. It was clean, comfortable, well kept and had everything we needed to live as if at home for a month. We particularly enjoyed the pool! Any questions or problems we had, Christophe was helpful, responsive and friendly. It was situated at the head of a farm track leading into fields of corn and sunflowers. The gite was spacious and clean and the bedrooms comfortable. It was good to have 2 bathrooms. "An AMAZING beautiful hotel conveniently located in prime area. The entire staff was POSITIVELY the best!!! I can not say enough good things about the entire staff. From the moment we stepped in to the lobby we were catered to as if we were Royalty. They were so accommodating and helpful. I have stayed all over the World and spend at least 100 nights a year at hotels and the Hotel Pavie staff is at the very top and of my list!! The Restaurant is fabulous and if you can get a reservation it is a must do. I can not wait to return."

"Truly beautiful location on the banks of the Dordogne in a small vineyard. We stayed here by chance as part of a longer road trip. We wouldn’t consider ourselves wine lovers but the free wine tasting session was really informative and completely changed our outlook on wine. The hotel accommodation was of excellent standard and the hosts were very friendly. They also make excellent and very reasonably priced wines."

"Loved this hotel, it is right in the heart of St Emillion and it gives you. the opportunity to really explore the town on foot. There is parking at the hotel (if you book in advance which I would as parking in St Emillion can be challenging) which was a real bonus. Room was lovely, bed was super comfortable and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again if visiting St Emission."
