"What a wonderful stay we had in our Château Jonquier stone cottage gîte! It is ideally located as a base for exploring Provence on day trips — choose any direction! "Aircon cottage welcome in hot weather. Access to and finding property far from good due to closed roads and very potholed access road. Not many decent towns to explore, other than Avignon and le Sourge near the cottage. Lavender was beautifull. We prefer the Dordogne area due to our lack of French and the Provancers lack of English."

"The apartment was as described in the VBRO description. Clean and well appointed. The owners made one feel at home. Since the apartment in on multiple floors, this would not be appropriate for the handicapped. Overall, a great experience that we will most likely utilize again."

"This property is in the foothills of Mount Ventoux. The views from the house are amazing. Each morning a short drive to the boulangerie In Bedoin and then sit outside the property looking down at the world going by with a coffee, fresh baguette, Comte cheese and a beef tomato you could not be anywhere better in the world. "We had a lovely stay with our 2 dogs, even though the weather wasn't kind to us for most of it! There are some beautiful towns and villages to visit, and plenty of walking/cycling to be done in the area. A gem in Orange, France

"A lovely, well executed, homely hotel. A very comfortable and spacious room with some cool furniture and a big dressing area that made me wish I was staying longer! The bathroom was a good size with a big shower and a bath, the fittings are dated, but all function and everything was mostly spotless. Staff were efficient and friendly. I ate in the restaurant, the food was great, I had the fregola, and a glass of local wine. The service was welcoming and lovely. I would definately stay there again."

Fabulous house in quiet countryside

"This house swallowed up our extended family of 10 adults and 9 grandchildren, with plenty of space for all. The large kitchen is superb with outdoor or indoor dining. The sitting room likewise is spacious, comfortable and air conditioned. All the bedrooms / bathrooms are excellent. The table tennis table (outdoor bur sheltered) and the pétanque pitch were well used during our stay. However, the crowning glory of this property is the swimming pool, with a shallow portion for young children (or lounging adults) and a good area for games / swimming. "
