"The very young story" of Happy's Casa begins on April 25, 2023 and the name comes from the Guest Host of the structure: Happy, a splendid and sociable Jack Russell dog who will "make you fall in love".
The house has recently been painted and made welcoming, while remaining a "country house" from the 80s with the classic peculiarities: sleeping area with rooms that are not large in size but equipped with all the necessary comforts, living area in a single room with kitchenette and sitting area with fireplace.
The external area, completely fenced, is large and equipped with a square, a parking lot for 6 cars, an AutoElettriche recharging station, an external shower and a zero-km vegetable garden together with many fruit (and non-fruit) trees from which to draw.
There is also a suggestive panorama overlooking the city and a completely new relaxation corner with Jacuzzi, sun lounger, umbrella and set of garden armchairs.
The house is for the exclusive use of guests (except for requests for assistance from the guests themselves or except for the daily separate collection of waste or the photovoltaic system safety check, but in any case in the living area and for a very short period of time in agreement with the guests). while the external area is shared with myself and occasionally with my parents/owners who take care of the garden, the land and the external cleaning.
In conclusion, I am a very young Host eager to improve myself … "hosting you".
