"Very nice clean and modern rooms. The breakfast was very nice and there was plenty of choice. We had a nice view of the river from our room and the hotel is a walkable distance to the old town. Overall it was a great stay and I would return. "

"Sweet little hotel in the middle of the pedestrian zone of old Plovdiv. A refurbushed house, it has quirks but also modern amenities like AC, lovely bath, etc. The welcome from the staff was great; having guest names written on little chalkboards to welcome us is a cute touch. Most importantly, they were super helpful when I realized I'd left something behind - immediately responsive and kept it safe until I could return. "Staff were excellent. Very helpful. Breakfast was lovely.I could not ask for more. The location was exceptional for walking around Old Town,Kapana, and the pedestrian walkway. I would recommend this hotel to everyone wanting to go to Plovdiv."

"This hotel was amazing in every way possible. The location is quite private and keeps the area quiet and peaceful at night. As someone who drove, it was great that I could reserve parking ahead of time. It’s about a 3 minute walk from the amphitheater and 10 from Kapana. "I recently stayed at Hotel Orlovetz and overall had a good experience, but with some notable drawbacks. The hotel itself is great—the rooms are very clean, modern, and offer the best views you can get in Pamporovo. Waking up to those mountain views was definitely a highlight of the stay. The breakfast was really good with a nice variety, but dinner was inconsistent. On Friday and Saturday, the food was great, but during the weekdays, it wasn’t nearly as good, likely due to fewer guests....

"The hotel is lovely unfortunately the service levels are poor. Breakfast service was awful and the food was average. We had to repeatedly ask for items that hadn't been replenished and on our last day they had no milk. If you stay here you will have to manage your expectations and let the manager know if you are not happy as he assured me that he wants to meet the customers expectations."
