Apartments basic but have all you need, bring own hair dryer or you can hire from reception. Safe available to hire €2.50 a day. Cleanliness is to a high standard! Staff are very friendly and work hard. If poor mobility request ground floor, as lots of steps up to first floor apartments."

"Lovely spacious apartment that was very clean and modern and high tech. The public areas were beautifully designed and clean and the property had a lovely rooftop terrace. However, sometimes the high tech appliances, such as the oven was difficult to operate so perhaps some instructions would be of help as we couldn't use it! "Apartment complex was right on the promenade, so it was a lovely 15/20 min walk into the busier part of the resort. The apartment was nice, with a huge sea view terrace. A couple of cleanliness issues, but they were minor and do not detract from the good sized apartment and the views. Supermarket and some restaurants and bars were close by and the bus stop was right outside for trips to puerto del Carmen etc."
