It was a terrible experience, no turtles, no expectations, no customer focus - painful and a bit scary from the taxi driver there to the whole experience trying to get back to the hotel. "We had a lovely, quiet and relaxing stay. The staff was super accommodating and helpful, going out of their way to please our needs. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Very relaxing and tropical scenery. Restaurant menu was varied and delicious. Only downside is the main road to get to the hotel — you need at least an SUV to get there, specially when it’s rainy. Will definitely come back during the summer! "
