Welcome to Burnt Store Marina! We are a gated community in Southwest coastal Florida (https://bsm22.org). Our 1bd/1ba waterfront 3rd fl unit has been recently refurbished. Take the elevator with your luggage. Sit on your private balcony and watch boats as they enter the south basin or docking for lunch.
You are just a few steps from Cass Cay restaurant where they offer inside and outside dinning, and from The Trading Post, perfect for breakfast, lunch and take out pizzas and salads. There is also a farmer’s market on the parking lot every Friday morning.
If you are headed out on a boat or renting a kayak, the ship store is just across the parking lot. Golf, fitness center, pickleball and tennis are available in Burnt Store Marina (check the website for more infos).
For those looking for some serious early summer fishing, Boca Grande is only 20 mins due west of us by boat and was named 2017 "World's Top 12 Tarpon Destinations" as reported by NewSportFishing.com and in 2019 by SaltwaterSportsMan.com. Our marina has a number of captains available for charter specializing in tarpon fishing. So if you are considering hooking into a Silver King this year check our calendar and book early.
Very close to Punta Gorda, Pine Island and wonderful quirky Matlacha, with gorgeous waterfront.
If you want a lovely view, peaceful and confortable condo with no noise above you, this is the place. Hope to see you soon!

Christmas get away
Absolutely loved the location and condo. We enjoyed watching the boats coming and going. The restaurant which had weekend music was great. We could sit on the patio & listen or walk over & join the fun.

Great Condo
This condo was excellent, very clean and comfortable. The view is as described, we even got to see a dolphin one afternoon! Pool was warm, about 85 degrees every day. There is also a community grill so you can barbeque if you like. We thoughly enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I traveled from Massachusetts trying to escape the weather and found this condo on VRBO. It was perfect for us! The close proximity to the restaurant was an added bonus . The condo was stocked and was neat and clean.

Owner-host was very accomodating, prompt and welcoming! The condo was exceptionally clean, thoughtfully and fully stocked with everything you need! Views are great, pool is heated and its a very quiet building even though its right next to the Cass Cay bar/restaurant. Very pleasant stay, excellent location and would rent again in a heart beat!

Nice little condo
We were in FL to visit family. The little condo was nice, clean, a good size for just the two of us. We were able to use the kitchen for breakfasts so we didn’t have to eat out every meal. The living room furniture was quite uncomfortable though, for trying to relax in the evenings.

Terrific, clean, well appointed & stocked condo with an elevator.There’s a beautiful view of the marina. Plenty to see while working. Everything was great! We appreciated the luggage cart, extra hangers, beach towels. So many little things that add up to an impeccable stay. There’s a restaurant next door. So convenient for a quick drink. The pool was also clean & the residents very nice

This condo was in a wonderful community. You could enjoy all the pickle ball and tennis courts for a daily or monthly charge. There is also a nearby golf course to enjoy. Pool was great and spent much of our time there. It was nIce to watch the activity of the marina from the balcony. Restaurant was hub for entertainment. Would return here in the future.

Fantastic condo, very clean, has everything you need even coolers and chairs for the beach, great view of the marina, there is a great restaurant next door, pool is steps away, 45 minutes to an hour away from Sanibel Beaches, Fort Meyers Beaches, even Siesta Key. The owners Val and Dan were great and made checking and checking out a breeze. My husband and I thank you for a great 4 days at your condo

The condo was cozy and very equipped with anything we needed. The view out the lanai was amazing. Thank you for the bottle of wine!! Nice touch. We were extremely happy!! One suggestion would be to replace the mattress. That’s all I got. Lovely place!!

Our experience was excellent. Our unit was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The view overlooking the Marina is the best! My two comments both have to do with the bedroom. The bedroom needs some drapes to make it darker. Also the mattress had quite obvious indentations on both sides. The keel club owners/renters were all very nice. We had a great time and hope to return.

My husband and I rented this condo from February 1 - 6, 2018. Very Very Very clean! Did I mention clean? anyway I am a stickler about things being clean and this place was. The kitchen was completely stocked with anything you would need, if you chose to cook, but there was also a great restaurant and bar at the marina that was just steps away. Nice and quiet, and overlooking the marina and water. Very nice pool. We really appreciated the little extras like the snacks and bottled water , real plants on the patio. Also pool towels and cooler to use. The washer and dryer was also helpful. We drove to Punta Gorda and visited the Fishermans Village, visited the Irish Pub downtown and also took the suggestion from John to visit the Wyen Hotel and had a cocktail on the roof, and a nice view of the harbor. Great relaxing time. The price was right also. Thanks John and Pam!!!!

Exceptional Marina Condo
Our stay was for two weeks. Upon arrival we immediately went through the living room to the spectacular view of the marina. Next, we inspected the condo for cleanliness and completeness. Actually, you could see that the condo had been recently renovated and that the owner had traveled extensively. The condo was the cleanest and most complete with cooking essentials and other necessities we had ever encountered. Great feeling. Snacks and water were on the counter. Maps and anowners booklet were there to advise a newcomer to the area of things to do and see. The owner called that evening to ensure that we arrived and everything was in order. Thank you John. Very nice. We travel mostly to the Panhandle of Florida and to Westin Florida. This trip was to explore the West Coast of Florida. We will be back (to this unit if available).
