Bring or rent a boat to access nearby Gasparilla Sound and the Gulf beyond. Get to dining, shopping, and nighttime entertainment in downtown Punta Gorda in mere minutes.
LIVING AREA
A leather sofa and two recliners set the scene for relaxation in the living area, which opens directly to the lanai. In the evening, sstream cinematic releases on the 64” smart TV.
Settle in with a good book in the den, which features a sleeper sofa and armchair. This space can also serve as an office.
KITCHEN & DINING
Prepare favorite recipes in the heavenly kitchen, equipped with white granite countertops and a full suite of helpful appliances.
When it’s time to eat, gather for delicious meals around the six-person dining table. Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the table for four just off the kitchen.
BED & BATH
This single-story home sleeps eight guests in three bedrooms -- each equipped with a smart TV -- and a full-size sleeper sofa in the den.
Rest peacefully in the primary suite, complete with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and direct lanai access.
The second bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds.
Sleep soundly in a queen bed in the third bedroom.
The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Start the day with coffee at the bistro table for two on the front porch.
Relax in your private oasis on the screened lanai. Splash in the pool (6’ deep and heated during the winter). Fish from the dock while watching for manatees and dolphins in the canal. Play fun yard games on the fenced lawn.
The private boat dock can accommodate a vessel up to 35’ in length. (Please note that taller boats with a mast may not clear the bridge over the canal).
In the evening, fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco at either the six-person or four-person table.

Parking is available for three cars in the driveway. The garage is not available for guest use and street parking is not permitted.
THE LOCATION
The canal behind the house runs directly to Gasparilla Sound and the Gulf beyond.
Head 2.5 miles to downtown Punta Gorda to discover a plethora of restaurants and shops. Watch inspiring sunsets over the Peace River from rooftop eateries. When night falls, explore the thriving local music scene.

Guests can use the dock to stand, sit, or fish.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
