We stayed here for a long weekend of golfing from Michigan and absolutely loved this place Brand new appliances very clean very spacious high-end everything beautiful upscale neighborhood super comfortable. The pool was awesome waterfront outdoor bar was amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better situation. The property owner and the host deserve a lot of credit for a wonderful experience.

Stayed here for just under a week and enjoyed every minute of it! Awesome location and the view overlooking the waterway was spectacular! Especially enjoyed the cleanliness and well kept atmosphere of the house as well as the outdoor swimming pool and the included amenities of the kayaks and bicycles. Hoping to come back in the future!

We had a great stay. The pool was warm and relaxing. We watched manatee from the dock in the morning and large fish under the green underwater light in the evening. Wow! This was a last minute booking and what a great property. The huge canal location is amazing and mesmerizing at night. We watched fish jump all day. The home is well appointed and the bed is super comfortable. We loved the inside amenities and the pool / outdoor living area is well furnished and comfortable. Troy, the host is very communicative and responsive. We will be back!

Relaxing getaway!
Our family stayed at this home in November and had a wonderful time. The home was clean and had new upgrades throughout. We loved the family area with the huge couch and smart TV. The outdoor space was incredible, right on the canal, with great views during the day and night. Pool was a nice bonus, and sitting outside listening to all the wildlife was so relaxing. The location of the home was nice too, just down the road from a Publix and different eateries. We will definitely stay at this home again. We loved the Key West cottage feel it had, and the communication with Troy was fantastic! Thanks again!!

Another great VRBO rental
Our trip was for a family emergency and not a vacation. But this home clicked all the boxes. We have rented several VRBO homes and condos in this area of Florida over the last five or so years. This home is amazing!
This home is amazing! The furnishings and decor are even more beautiful in person. The outdoor living space was a dream come true for my 2 kids. They hardly left the pool. With the convenience of the grocery store just over a block away, we cooked at home rather than going out. The kitchen had everything I needed. The outdoor grill was super easy to use. The host made the stay stress free. This was a short stay and we wished we had more time. However, we WILL be back! Thank you for the great stay:)

True luxury and gorgeousness
It was immaculate, the cleanest VRBO place we’ve ever been to. It was beautiful and spacious. I loved the kitchen, usually I feel like rentals make me appreciate my house more, but this one had wonderful appliances and sink and faucet. Troy was great to communicate with for any questions. Just sitting out by the pool and looking at the sparkling water was great. I wouldn’t call the pool large, it takes about 5 strokes to swim from end to end. It was maybe 22 feet long?The water temperature was very nice, especially on cool mornings. There were 2 awnings with remotes so you could have sun or shade. The huge TV made my brother very happy. He brought his Roku and plugged it in. The big couch with recliner chairs was great too. We loved the bikes, used them a lot to ride around the neighborhood and look at all the houses. My brother and his wife used the kayaks too. We just had a great time and are talking about doing it again next year!

Beautiful Home
This VRBO property was wonderful and although the pictures you see look beautiful the home itself is stunning! Communication with Troy was never more than 15 minutes and really almost instantaneously. No issues at all, I had only asked if we should expect any damage from Hurricane Idalia ( which there were none). Easy access to the home and he texted me to tell me we could checkin early as his cleaning service has finished before actual checkin time. The pool was refreshing to use after a day/evening out and about in Punta Gorda. Troy had a well informed binder of everything we needed to know and we took advantage of quite a few of his suggestions. We even went on a Tiki boat cruise and had a great time seeing Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda from a different angle. Very nice high end property that won’t disappoint. Punta Gorda and the surrounding area has a lot to offer and this time of year was the perfect time to plan a “getaway “
