"We got the cheap studio with the sofa beds that dont have such great reviews. However, we turned them around and put them together to make a big bed. They were quite comfortable and the sheets and pillows were good quality. Very satisfied. The only issue was that there was no dish soap in the kitchen. The balcony had great views of the village and the beach. We were facing west, and had a lovely sunset. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the restaurant called Bellmonte next...

"My wife and enjoyed our stay in cabanas, the resort was bigger than we expected and definitely more family oriented, but still very enjoyable for us. The flat was very lovely, had what we needed and a nice covered patio. The local grocery store was a 5 min walk and well stocked. Day trips to Tavira were not expensive but you can’t walk from Cabanas to Tavira, it’s bus or taxi. "Nothing had been organised for our stay. Very unprofessional manager,Really bad damp and musty smell.Beds were wet, windows leaked during night. No coffee machine working, no wine glasses. Lamps in bedrooms crackled, fire hazard... the list goes on.. there is no entertaining space other than kitchen for 8 ppl thats crazy.."

"Well located. Safe neighborhood. Good size apartment. Nice grounds. All basic needs provided. The apartment could use a little refurbishing, issue with the electric window shutter , bathroom toilets need updating…but mostly suited our needs. Didn’t use the pool, but looked impeccably clean. "The place was well equipped and very clean. It is in a great location to access local beaches. The grocery store nearby is very handy. The owner is so very nice and accommodating. Loved the deck for morning coffee and evening wine. Suggestion is to have some beach towels as tourists normally do not travel with them. Great stay, highly recommend"
