Great amenities, Rancho rooms are old
This hotel is now part of the marival armony hotel, but the rooms of the rancho are old and very outdated. With this hotel you don’t get all inclusive and need to pay for every food and activity. This was very confusing for us when doing the reservation and also when checking in. They were confused and gave us a Marival room but then had to changed it to a Rancho (which is basically a downgrade). The Marival hotel is beautiful and the amenities are amazing.

The property and surrounding are beautiful. So many pools and ocean. Very green jungle which amazed us. The nature tour with Jair was exceptional.

This property is no longer named Rancho Seaside after that name was Rancho Banderas and now It is managed by Marival We had several problems because of this misinformation First we could not find the hotel it when we arrived not even asking local people Then it created a problem with the booking,which was different to what was offered at the facility,finally this issue was solved by the Manager very professionally Marival is a great facility Expedia should make corrections on the website
