Luxury Condo on beautiful beach front in the Village of Punta de Mita, Nayarit. The condo has received numerous upgrades over the last year and is a bottom floor unit (3000sq.ft.) of six story building - the patio leads right out into pool. From there a few short steps to the Ocean. Spacious 3 bedroom/3.5 bathrooms family friendly as well as great for a romantic get away. 24 hour security with maid service available.

New highway to Puerto Vallarta, dining, shopping, and airport. Walking distance to delicious dining. Fresh seafood and catch of the day only 5 minute walk. Boat rentals, whale watching, golf courses, horseback riding.

Annual family vacation
This was an amazing condo! It had everything we needed ! The location and view is perfect! Walkable to local markets and restaurants. We could walk out the door to jump in the pool or ocean . We cook a lot and the place was very well stocked. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again . Great communication with the owner and manager .

Punta Mita Condo
We were a family of 6 adults and this condo was perfect for our family vacation. The pictures do not do the condo justice, it’s much larger than it looks in the photos. Very clean, spacious and well stocked. Quiet area which is what we were looking for. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. We had a fantastic week. Kelly was great, answered any of my questions I had prior to our vacation and checked in on us mid way through the week. Communication was amazing. Perfect condo!

Super location, lovely condo!
Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at your Punta Vista 1 condo, thank you! The location is excellent and the views are fabulous. First floor direct access to the pool and beach right outside the sliding glass doors is a huge bonus! We enjoyed the patio with a large table for dining and chaise lounges for outside living. The staff that cares for the building, pool area, and security were all so kind and friendly. There was more than ample space for our family in your beautifully appointed condo. The beds were quite comfortable, the kitchen had everything and more for cooking, a water cooler with an ice maker, washer/dryer, and large beach towels made our stay quite comfortable. We loved taking long walks down the beach when it was low tide and especially exploring the tide pools. And walking into town for dinner was a treat, either on the beach or by road. There are also restaurants and a beverage store located within the block from the condo. We had some good waves while surfing at La Lancha, a beautiful sandy beach close by. Your housekeeper Delia was sweet and the manager Fabrizio was helpful. We appreciated the efficient and direct communication with you Kelly, we were never able to get the hot water to work in the master shower however it did not affect our stay. We would highly recommend this property to anyone, don't hesitate booking, you will be pleased you did so!

Fantastic beautiful property! Don't hesitate to book!
We had a wonderful week at this fabulous condo, which is located directly on a warm, swimmable beach. As others have said, the photos don't do it justice. Waking up in the morning to this incredible view was so wonderful! And you'll fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean. It's charmingly decorated and larger than it seems. The beds are some of the most comfortable we've experienced in a rental and the sheets and towels are soft and plentiful. Two of the rooms have walk-in closets and all of the showers are large and have great water pressure. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need or want - salad spinners, cutting boards, blenders, and even things like Ziplocs and tinfoil. And there are a lot of basic necessities like salad dressings, oils, hot sauce and other condiments. There is also a Sparklets-style filtered water dispenser that makes ice. The caretakers of the property are also fantastic - someone opens up the umbrellas and pool every morning - sweeping and cleaning up the pool. The housekeeper who came once while we were there did an impeccable job, and the day-to-day caretaker is always available via WhatsApp if you have any issues. We were there over Thanksgiving week when it was supposedly very busy and the vast majority of the time we were the only ones outside and in the pool. It's a 10ish minute walk to the village area with a bunch of great restaurants. I honestly can't recommend this place enough - we will be back!!

FANTASTIC!
The Photos do not convey how lovely this condominium is, how large it is, and how nicely furnished it is. The condo is right on the beach, with a beautiful pool with hot tub in front of the beach. The huge living room bay of glass sliding doors leads to a patio with a large table and many chairs for outdoor dining , and several beautiful lawn chairs under a portico with fans. The Master bedroom also has glass sliding doors with the view of the ocean. THe kitchen is large and well appointed, many dishes, gas range, microwave and dishwasher. Large comfortable beds, linens, thick towels, large en suite bathrooms... AND the restaurants along the beach, or down the road are incredible. We ate at Pescadero twice because I have never had such fresh and well-prepared whole fish! LOVED this place! Also, I had booked it the night before, and Kelly communicated with me right away and we were met by Fabrizio the next day. All very easy and congenial.

Relaxing and gorgeous
Our family had such a lovely time in this condo! As many people have mentioned, it's even more beautiful than the photos. Very spacious, and we loved how the space opens out onto the pool and the ocean. The restaurants in Punta de Mita are so good, and everyone was very friendly. We drove to Punta Burros every day to surf, so we were happy to have a car. Would definitely stay here again. Also, Fabrizio is a great on-site manager, very helpful. The written directions to get to the place were a bit confusing, but we figured it out. Thanks so much!

Excellent Stay in Punta Mita
Our group (2 couples) spent a week at this lovely home. Listing was as advertised. Condo was clean, spacious and very well stocked with necessities and comforts. Communication with property owner (Kelly) and property manager (Fabricio) was excellent with quick and helpful responses. Condo complex was quiet and secure with a nice pool and beautiful view. We would absolutely stay here again.

The view of the ocean from this condo was amazing. We loved watching the sun come up and set out by the pool. The condo had everything that we needed. There is no need for a car and best to walk along the beach to downtown shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed our time in this condo!

This condo is a great location if you are looking for beachfront access. It is a first floor unit which I loved b/c you can open the big sliding doors and walk out to the pool and the beach. Owner was very responsive and the property manager was available and check us in.

Perfect ocean views
We had a very pleasant stay. The condo is in a great location with a short walk town. Having the pool directly out front as well as the beach was perfect for the kids and for surfing nearby Stinkys. Very nice management and staff on site. Fabrizio was very responsive. Beautiful views. Well stocked kitchen. I would stay again!

Great Location with all you need
This condo was fantastic! The location next to the pool was great with kids. We felt super safe as there was a person on night watch. The condo had everything we needed for boogie boards and towels etc. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. I would return to this property. As others mentioned the wifi only works in the common areas (not bedrooms) but that was fine for us.

Great condo, on my favorite beach in the universe!! Couple things to note. There are no TV's in the bedrooms, only one in the living area. Ground floor is awesome with excellent access to the pool and beach. Great neighbors. We had to use the "pool" internet signal the whole time. This was disappointing as we need to be able to connect and work. Please get this updated asap. Along with that, for the price we paid, this condo could definitely use some updates compared to others in the area in the same price range. Don't let that stop you though, as this condo is 5 star, and awesome. Owner was available and easy to communicate with. Safe and secure. Go see Sapo and Ruby for all your surfing and adventure needs just a short walk down the beach. Also, swing across the street to Casa Del Pintor and see Ropi for some of the best food in the area! Thank you for a great stay!!

Excellent Punta de Mita vacation
We spent a week in Punta de Mita at the condo and it was a pleasure. Kelly was responsive and helpful getting the booking organized and with suggestions for the area. The condo is spacious and we loved being able to walk right out to the pool area and steps to the beach. Punta de Mita is a gem, quieter than Sayulita and San Pancho (much less touristy) with surf breaks nearby at Stinky, La Lancha and by boat to El Faro and the Cove. The beach directly in front of the condo is beautiful soft sand with views of Marietta and the Sierra Madres.
