Some staff members were friendly and nice however others were rude and not helpful. The room was for 4 people but they only provide 2 towels. The food was mediocre but I did like that they had some of the local food. Overall I did enjoy my stay but I would say there is room for improvement.

AMAZING!!!! Stayed at this resort with a 13 person spring break group and was not disappointed. While it is not a party resort, it was everything we needed and more. The staff are amazing at creating a lively scene (perfect for our pregames), interacting with guest, and providing amazing and friendly service. Food is great, many options daily with chefs available to make food upon request! Beach is a 2 minute walk with beach bar and beach chairs! Resort beach activities like morning yoga and games!! Great mix of guest from all over the world. Would say it’s perfect for any type of stay! Rooms were very clean and staff did a great job of cleaning and tidying daily (especially us since we were in spring break). Will be booking again!!

The property was small-limited areas. The worst thing was that there was mold in the pool which was disgusting, the ocean was dirty, the washroom was extremely tiny with an ancient toilet and sink (dirty), there was a sewage smell in various areas of the property. The housekeeping is not regular, we had to request fresh towels, bottles of water and toilet paper. The only reason I have given a 3-star is because the staff was courteous and the front desk changed our room upon request.

There was no shuttle provided to and from the airport, had to pay a taxi, unexpected cost. A 'voucher' was required when checking in, proof of our booking, which didn't make sense after all the items I filled out online prior to our trip. After a long day of travel not stuff you really want to deal with. On the flip side, once we settled in we had a really nice week. Place was nice, food was good and the beach was in reasonable walking distance.

I like landscaping. I like the friendly stuff. Especially Franklin, Angel, Evelyn. Other than that everything was very poor. Not enough food in the buffet . We didn’t have hot water last 2 days something went wrong with electricity. No air conditioning no outlets working nobody came to fix it even we reported complaints couple of times. I know is not very expensive hotel but i didn’t expect this much poor condition. I would not recommend this place.

The customer service at thisnhotel was superb! Not wvwyone was as friendly and professional as the front desk and guest service personal. The photos on Expedia are not up to date. This place was not what we expected at all. Theres maybe one person that speaks English. I tried to ask the chef to change the bowl for making my omelet and he did not understand. I had to use the translation app and he then proceeded to wipe the bowl with paper towel and then put my eggs in there. We paid for an all inclusive but we maybe ate at the resort a total of four times and we were there for seven days. Almost All of the food has pork in it. I mentioned that to the person at the front desk and he just chuckled. The showers had mold in them. This place is not it.
