Péssimo! Corram! Ar-condicionado não funcionava. Disseram que não tinham como trocar o quarto porque o hotel estava lotado. Dormimos numa sauna. Lá pela msdrugada, após muita insistência, cederam um quarto sujo e com duas camas de solteiro.

Disappointing
First of all the NH hotel group has gone.the new people are trying to operating but I can not say that they're successful. The front desk staff was absolutely irresponsible and looking like not wanna staying there and the house keeping was the same. The A\C was never worked and inside the room was always smelled moisture and hot. I will never need to give them a second chance.do yourself a favor and try to find a decent place. Not liked this never minding place.

Perfetto per il lavoro! Adatto per una vacanza!
Posizione strategica e comfort più che buono ne fanno un'ottima scelta se ci si deve recare a Punta Cana per questioni lavorative, ma anche se si vuole risparmiare qualcosa in vacanze e soprattutto non stare nel caos dei resort "all inclusive"! Stanze ampie e comode, ottima colazione a buffet ed accordi con i resort del comprensorio posto di fronte per accedere alla spiaggia ed alle varie facilitazioni che offrono (piscina, ristoranti, etc.). Unica nota negativa, ma purtroppo è una costante comunee a tantissimi hotel, l'aria condizionata mortale!!!!

Great location although not a beach front is great located walkabke to nearby beach fronts. Staff is the best, very approachable, caring. Breakfast is great. Rooms are clean and has all you need. Recommended.

Quise anular una noche de las 4 que tenía contratada. El dorecror del hotel me dijo que solo podia hacerlo desde Expedia y desde WXPEDIA me dijeron que era el propio hotel el que podia hacerlo. La gestion del gerente, un tal Sanchez, ha sido engañosa . Estoy muy disgustado con la cadena NH

Hotel front desk staff were excellent. Very helpful when we experienced problems with our transportation company and needed to make last minute arrangements. Wish NH had more properties in the USA as we would love to stay with them more!

I liked the modern look, great wifi and comfortable bed. I did not like the breakfast and the fact that they charge a "resort fee". Although it was disclosed at the time that I made the reservation, it still bothers me that hotels are doing this.

Единственное достоинство этого отеля - комфортные номера. Завтраки крайне плохие, бедные и не вкусные, нет даже чайных ложек, вначале просишь чай, а затем всегда нужно отдельно просить чайную ложку. Персонал в целом чудовищен. Все что говорил менеджер на лобби, в итоге на практике было наоборот. Он вызвал такси до автовокзала, я спросил цену, когда такси приехало, выяснилось, что цена выше вдвое (!) и мы ехать отказались. На второй день нас попросили доплатить ещё какой то налог, я отдал деньги и попросил счёт, после этого деньги вернули. Спросили надо ли заранее покупать билет на автобус до санто доминго, ответили, что можно купить перед отправлением и нет проблем. В реальности оказалось, что его нужно всегда покупать заранее, а уже за час - полтора перед отправлением билетов нет

Poderia ser melhor
Tive uma emergência médica e precisei retornar ao Brasil antes do prazo. Em resumo dos dois dias que iria ficar no hotel só fiquei por 3 horas, apesar disso me cobraram 23 dólares de taxa por toda a reserva. Faltou bom senso e empatia. Lamentável.

Best boutique hotel in Punta Cana
Been to this hotel plenty of time and every time I go the service is better the staff is super friendly I fully recommend this hotel for a business or a short stay
