The person who checked us in (was nice) but could not open the front door. We heard him yell out the smart lock code repeatedly for close to 10 minutes from the courtyard up to the front door (apartment on the 4th floor). Did not feel safe to sleep or keep belongings in the apartment because if we heard the code 4 floors down all the residents did also with open windows. Took all luggage every time we entered/exited the apartment. We also had issues opening and locking the front door. I hope the code is changed after every stay!!!
There was food left in the microwave that is overgrown with mold so much so the food was unrecognizable. This was the bad smell. We left it in the microwave untouched. Refrigerator door handle broken. Primary bedroom the mattress is slanted uncomfortable to sleep in. Pictures are outdated one bed in each room. Would not recommend.
