When you stay at Our Villa, you’ll have a range of exclusive 5-star services at your fingertips, including a private in-house Chef, daily housekeeping, and an on-site Villa manager, with access to the some of the best facilities in Punta Cana, including world championship golf courses, 3 miles of pristine beach, the only Six Senses Spa in the Caribbean, a pioneering Ecological Park with fresh water lagoons and plenty of exquisite dining options. This is a wonderful place for you to stay with your family and/or friends and enjoy a Caribbean vacation with sun, beach and golf

ABOUT THE AREA

Our Villa is located at Punta Cana Resort & Club, a gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security.

We are just a short 10-min drive from the Punta Cana International Airport, upon arrival your transportation will be waiting and will take you to our Villa. This arrival and departure transfer are not included in your rental.

Miles of pristine beaches with white powdery sand like Playa Serena, a short 5-minute walk from our Villa or The Beach and Golf Club La Cana just a short walk away and Playa Blanca is 30 minutes away in your Golf Cart, waits for you!


THE VILLA

At the villa, soaring ceilings and banks of windows and sliding glass doors mean that sunshine pours in, opening onto a sprawling patio and turquoise pool surrounded by palm trees that line the rolling greens of La Cana Golf Course.

Three bedrooms, each with its own in-suite bath, sleep 6-8 and are perfect for families or couples traveling together.

Begin the day with a dip in your own private pool and prepared-for-you breakfast on the patio, and then hit the golf course for a round of 9 with incredible views of the Caribbean. Villa Tatagua is located in Tortuga Bay, an award-winning oasis of private single-family homes within Punta Cana Resort and Club.
Or let the hours pass on the beautiful, white-sand beach at Playa Serena, sure to provide hours of sandcastle-building fun for little ones. Or let us help you book a private catamaran tour, where you’ll see the wonders of the ocean close-up and personal while you snorkel in the gorgeous blue waters.

We can prepare fresh, delicious meals for you at the villa (guests rave over our local fare!) And if you feel like dining out, the resort offers several world-class restaurants. From fresh-squeezed juices and grown-on-site veggie dishes at Bamboo to grilled steaks and shrimp skewers on the beach at Playa Blanca, there’s something for every taste.

Afterward, enjoy a glass of wine as you watch the sunset from the patio. Then sink into luxe, 500-thread-count sheets with goose-down duvets. Bright, generously sized bedrooms with in-suite bathrooms mean plenty of privacy for everyone. The master bathroom includes a separate shower and bathtub that's perfect for long, hot soaks

Your personal chef will prepare your breakfast and lunch or dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). Housekeeping is done daily to keep the villa spotlessly clean, make the beds, and wash towels and linens.

You’ll also have a villa manager during your stay. This is your go-to person for anything you need during your stay, e.g. transfers, excursions, reservations for restaurants, spa treatments, reservations for golf, tickets to events and nightclubs, etc. if you have not booked these prior to your arrival. Additional fees apply to all extra services. Our villa manager speak English and Spanish as a minimum and will be on property to greet you when you arrive to the villa and available throughout your entire stay.

Great location and house!
We stayed for a week, had a great time! Definitely get the golf carts, you can walk to the beach but it is a long walk. Rosa was great, her meals were delicious!

Fantastic week
Eduardo was amazing and easy to communicate with, made the booking experience simple and straightforward. From the early arrival to the late checkout, we were very well taken care of and pampered. Incredible meals by Rosa and Suleyka. Breakfast ready every morning. 5 min golf cart ride to the beach! Best vacation any of us have ever had. Thank you Eduardo! Great first trip to the Dominican
Our family had an amazing trip to Punta Cana! The house was perfect for our family of 5. The location was ideal since our son was in a golf tournament at La Cana golf course. Having the ability to rent a golf cart was so helpful. We used it multiple times a day. Rosa was wonderful. We would definitely stay again!

Awesome Beach Holiday with Family
We loved how close we were to the beach. We swam in the ocean every day. Rosa cooked a delicious breakfast every morning and made us 5 of our 7 dinners; we all loved her food. Lunch at the beach club was easy. Swimming in the natural swimming holes in the Eco Park was a delight. Our daughters in their 20s loved zooting around in golf carts. Truly relaxing and comforable house, and local on the resort. Felt very safe.

Perfect in every way
Our family absolutely loved our stay at the property. We opted to have the chef service because we wanted authentic and local foods. We were not disappointed! Summer Family Vacation
Our stay was simply amazing. The home, staff and location were A Plus. Our host Eduardo and Sandra our chef made our stay relaxing. We didn’t want for anything during this trip. It was great to wake up and be taken care of daily. We didn’t have a care in the world. The meals prepared for us were definitely a highlight. If you book to stay here definitely include the meals. It was worth the extra expense. My family and I will be returning!

Overall stay was enjoyable. Rosa was delightful and the meals she provided were well done. There was a mix up communicating menu items. Requested desserts with meals and didn’t get any. Asked for bacon and sausage for one breakfast and received neither. The one item I believe needs improvement would be the golf cart. The cart really needs a windshield. This is your main mode of transportation in the resort and rain is likely to catch you driving. Without a windshield you get absolutely soaked. Considering the price of rental a little protection from the weather should be included and should be easy to remedy. Back patio and pool area are definitely the home’s best feature.

Great Relaxing family Vacation
This gorgeous villa was in a perfect location within the golf club community! Easy access to the Cana beach club and the Westin nearby with use of villa golf cart. It was clean, well appointed and in beautiful gated community. Eduardo was super nice and could answer any questions we had or get us the necessary help! Rosa the cook was wonderful! We had amazing breakfasts, by the pool, and dinners everyday. She was a better cook than going out to the restaurants! Overall, this was great place for a relaxing vacation with two wonderful hosts in a beautiful place! We will be returning again in the future!!

College friends 60th bday celebration
Our 60th birthday girls trip to Punta Cana was perfect thanks to Eduardo & the wonderful Rosa. The home was comfortable, clean and well appointed, exactly as advertised. We could walk or golf cart to most locations and if we needed a ride, it could be arranged. Rosa made a delicious breakfast every day at a time of our choosing & we chose 2 dinners at home that were also wonderful thanks to Rosa’s culinary skills. Eduardo responded quickly to all questions before, during and after our trip. We utilized the spa on the property which was top notch and exceeded all of our expectations. If you are looking for a tropical get away with family or friends, we would highly recommend this property.

Great stay in a paradise setting
We went with our whole family and had a spectacular time. The house is spacious and very comfortable. It is located a short golf cart ride from an amazing beach and 54 holes of great golf. The staff made us feel at home and Seneida in particular cooked us some great meals. We were anticipating eating out most days but ended up coming back home instead to savour her local dishes. We are kitesurfers and the kite beach/club nearby is excellent. Can't wait to be back. Only thing is I would have loved to be able to smoke cigars outside on the deck by the pool but not allowed.

Amazing House
This is an amazing house and experience. We stayed for a week. The location and pool are quiet and relaxing. Easy access to the resort and beach which we did not use much because we liked pool at the house better. Rosa is amazing!!! She cooked breakfast every day and dinner four nights. It's way better than the restaurant and great after a day of excursions to not have to figure out what to eat. We used the prepaid transportation to and from the airport which were efficient and professional. Cleanliness was a 10/10. Eduardo was great to work with as we had to change our dates forward a couple weeks. He emailed on a timely basis and I always knew what I needed to get back to him. We will definitely be using this house again.

Fun family vacation
The house was beautiful and met all of our needs for a relaxing family vacation. We loved Rosa. She is so warm and an awesome cook. The kids and adults enjoyed the pool. We loved sitting out during the evening and enjoying the beautiful patio. Eduardo check in on us a couple of times to be sure all was good. We loved having the golf cart. In our view, this is a must. We used it for going to the beaches and enjoyed exploring the resort. Although we did not rent a car, we would probably do this next time. Taxis are very expensive and Ubers are not allowed on the resort. We had one golfer in the group and he was impressed with the golf course.

Winter Family Vacation
Past reviews and images of the property were spot on for this beautiful, accommodating villa. Eduardo made our stay from beginning to end seamless and enjoyable - from being picked up at the airport, having groceries ready for us upon arrival, and to making sure what we needed for our 16 month old grandson. Eduardo also arranged for festive balloons and a delicious birthday cake be delivered for our son's birthday. We also had the exceptional cooking and kindness of Rosa. Thank you Rosa!! We arrived to a beautiful cheese/cracker/fruit plate which we enjoyed in the perfect outdoors setting. The backyard/pool area is stunning. The landscaping is not only beautiful but it provides privacy and shaded areas. The location is perfect and the golf carts allowed us to explore Punta Cana at our leisure. I would highly recommend this villa.

A Perfect Vacation
This property was perfect in every way for our family vacation. It is a gorgeous villa in a great location with a beautiful beach and club. Eduardo made everything so easy including arranging transportation, accommodating the needs of our 2 year old, and answering all of our questions. Rosa was amazing, and I would definitely recommend her! She had champagne and a wonderful cheese/fruit platter when we arrived, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfasts and dinners she served, even though you hardly knew she was there. Breakfast outside each morning by the pool was certainly a highlight! The golf carts are a must. They make getting to the beach easy and fun. We also went to Ojos Indigenas, the petting zoo and playground, and ate dinner one night at LaYola. All of these places were great and easily accessible with the golf cart. If you do find you need anything in town, Rosa can help arrange a delivery or it is an easy taxi ride. All in all, this is a perfect place for a relaxing, wonderful, vacation and we would certainly love to return!

Great family vacation
We had a great time at this house and at the resort. We were a party of 6 - grandparents, parents, and grandchildren. The house was perfect, we wouldn't change a thing. Any very minor repairs (like an outdoor umbrella) were fixed immediately. The bonus - and what made this stay so wonderful, was Rosa! She cooked all our breakfasts and 4 dinners. Her meals were delicious. We had been a bit hesitant about having her cook for us because we have a wide range of tastes and dietary needs but none of that was an issue. The only thing we would do differently is go to the grocery store ourselves on our first or second day. It's really not that far away and it would have made it easier to have snacks, etc in the house. Eduardo, the manager/owner, was very helpful and, among other things, encouraged us to go to the ecological reserve, located within the resort. We would highly recommend that as something anyone going there should do. It was very interesting to see and provided great swimming opportunities in the lagoons. We had a great time and I'm already recommending it to some friends.

Wonderful stay!
My family and I had a fantastic time on this trip. The property is exactly as listed. The villa resides in a private community about 5-10 minutes from the airport. The community is very quiet and gorgeous. We often had the beach to ourselves. We rented the golf carts and did Rosas meal service and both were well worth it. I wouldn’t recommended eating in restaurants in the resort because prices are very inflated (all prices in USD and pricier than NYC!) and it’s not tastier than Rosas cooking! Eduardo was very helpful with all of our questions and requests. The highlights were the lovely pools at ojos indígenas (5min golf cart ride and free entry for guests!) and the catamaran tour. Eduardo helped us set up the boat tour with a group for $70/person. My brother also enjoyed the golf course a lot. We also rented a car which was nice for running errands and going up to Bávaro to visit a friend. There’s no real marketplace within the community. The only downside is you don’t get a feel for local life or culture—but that’s most of punta cana! Still—a great place for a beautiful and quiet family vacation.

Punta Cana
Our stay at Eduardo’s home exceeded our expectations! The accommodations are lovely! Beds are very comfortable and bedrooms are spacious. The grounds and pool area give several options for seating, game playing and relaxation. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes from the Village of Punta Cana. Eduardo and Rosa are delightful! They both live on site, but you don’t even know they are there unless you request their services for driving, cooking or laundry. I would highly recommend using Eduardo to buy your groceries as he does a great job. Rosa is as sweet as sugar and a delicious cook! She quietly works her magic in the kitchen, serves up the food and then politely excuses herself. She is like a little Christmas elf who cleans up after you, makes your bed and refreshes your towels, all with a smile on her face. What we enjoyed while here-using Rosa’s services! Paradise FOUND!
This property is wonderful! Eduardo and Rosa made our stay exceed expectations. We signed up for the chef/housekeeper option with Rosa and it made our stay even better. The ability to plan our day knowing that we had breakfast and dinner taken care of made it easier to plan activities during the day without worrying about finding a dining location or preparing one for ourselves. The home was elegantly decorated with air conditioning in all of the rooms. There were numerous areas to lounge and relax with family. We spent a great deal of time playing games and enjoying our family time. There was great space outside and the pool was perfectly positioned to lounge throughout the day and get sun with some shade after 4pm. The property is located in a beautiful gated golf neighborhood and each home is more beautiful than the next. The residents are quite friendly and the beach was a short drive on the golf carts, which I highly recommend you to rent for the entire week. With global warming, the beaches in the area have become a haven for seaweed, but there are a few beaches in the area that are quite enjoyable. I recommend exploring and finding the one that is right for you. We cannot wait to visit again and certainly appreciate Eduardo and his total hospitality. Thank you!
