One of the best views in the community. This condo is on second floor, with a double wide balcony. Enjoy the breeze and those views! The balcony offers dining area, sunloungers, and sofa lounging set, views over the ocean side pool and onto the beach, this is where you will spend all your time. Indoors, the condo is completely renovated (September 2021). Modern Coastal themed. Brand new top of the line appliances, even a dishwasher to enhance the bespoke blue solid wood kitchen, and quartz countertops. Fashionable furnishings in whites, blues and golds. Theres a 65" Smart TV in the living area, and all three bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs in various sizes. The best fiber optic internet available for you with speeds of 100mbps for those who need to be on a workcation....theres even a work desk in the living area. This condo is the perfect size for large families, or even groups of friends. If you are looking for a condo with everything brand spanking new, style, comfort, and fabulous views, then this is the one for you. It is prime position within the community with double wide balcony for entertaining.
Electricity is not included. You pay what you use. Meter will be witnessed at check-in and again at check-out. The condo has screens on all windows and doors/ceiling fans in every room to make the most of the trade-winds breeze. Liz met us on the day of check in and explained how the logistics (AC, safe, TV, and general rules) of the condo worked; I have stayed in other VBROs and the manager/owner did not meet me at the check in so this was a pleasant surprise!!! The beach restaurant was great, food and music were terrific!!!

This unit was just as described. The view is beautiful, the unit is well cared for and lacking nothing. We ate at Pro bar at the beach every day at least once. All of the people we spoke with were lovely and kind. Liz was so helpful and set us up with the correct people for the excursions we did. Scape park was really fun as well as the family catamaran trip. It was easy to grab what we needed from the market across the street and we had Pizza Napoli from around the corner twice! We would definitely be happy to stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay. Plenty of restaurants to walk to as well as a little grocery store. Felt very safe, security at the entrance gate and security at the gate from the beach to the property. Slight issue with description, saying the property is beachfront. It's actually beach view, short walk to the beach. However, this was not a big deal, at all.

Beautiful condo with private beach
The condo is open, airy and comfortable. Everything was clean and in working order, and looked like the pictures. There are several decent restaurants within walking distance and the excursion tour companies will pick you up at the front gate. I wish they would reopen the pool bar... that would make it even better.

Excellent experience, everything was very clean and condo is well equipped with quality appliances. Fast internet too. Liz the owner was very nice and gave us good info for our stay. Several restaurants within walking distance and small grocery markets. Always had lounge chairs available at the pool and beach. Small bar right at the beach was very convenient. Overall an excellent stay.

Our family of seven loved Playa Turquesa. Our porch had ocean views and it was less than 100 yards to the beach. The private beachfront bar/ restaurant had really good food and drinks. Multiple restaurants within walking distance of Playa Turquesa. The wife and I danced the night away a couple times to the live music within a block of the compound. Oh, our host, Liz, is the best in the business. Highly recommend.

Great vacation
This property exceeded our expectations. It was exactly as pictured, maybe even better - very clean, spacious, close to the beach, and within walking distance to many eateries and restaurants. We were a little disappointed that the pool and beach bar were closed, but Francisco from the bar next door took care of us and served us appetizers and drinks on the beach all week long. Liz was a gracious host and was always quick to respond to our messages. She arranged for our transportation to and from the airport with taxi driver, Freddy. We would love to visit Punta Cana again and would not hesitate to book this condo again on a future trip.

Holiday Blessings
Everything and I do mean everything was above and beyond what we expected! The condo, amenities and location were fabulous! Suoer clean and comfortable as well. We are huge football fans and were able to see all of the NFL games on a wonderful television. ALL restaurants where we ate were great and the book in the condo gave excellent recommendations and we found a few on our own. The View was absolute heaven and we also enjoyed Siete. The security and beach workers, went out if their way to assist us with anything we needed. We also had beach massages by Evelyn, right on our chairs and she was awesome, deep tissue for my husband and softer for me, perfection!!! Lastly, Liz is everything that we heard from others, professional, friendly and super accommodating! We were truly blessed and will definitely return.

We had a wonderful time.
Liz was a joy to work with. Her dedication and excellent communication made everything smooth. The apartment is lovely – well-decorated and fully equipped for a comfy stay. However, the maid's room was a letdown. It was too hot to sleep there due to poor cooling. Don't count it as a bedroom. Consider renting a car for a better beach experience. The beach in front had seaweed, but beautiful Macao Beach, just 20 minutes away, is worth a visit. In conclusion, Liz's professionalism and communication were outstanding, and the apartment was a great find.

Fantastic condo in a great area
The Turquesa Ocean Club condo was absolutely perfect for us! Lots of space for 6 adults and in a perfect position for the pool and beach. It is beautifully furnished and very clean. The whole area near the condo is perfectly safe and walkable. We ate at Kats, Citrus, La Bruja, Pastrata, Toc Beach Bar and A Casa Di Lorenzo….all were perfect! The property manager Liz is absolutely amazing too! She’s a lovely friendly lady and nothing is too much trouble for her! I told her it was my husbands 60th birthday and she had put decorations up and it was a wonderful surprise for him!! Liz is always quick to respond on WhatsApp if ever you need anything! We can’t wait to return to this property! Thanks so much Liz!

Great home away from home!
"I’ll start with the hostess and property manager Liz. She is outstanding. Communication before (I had a lot of questions), during (she was quick to assist) and after our trip was always prompt, informative and delivered with a smile…even through text! If you don’t rent a car, which I don’t think is necessary, Liz can arrange transport to/from airport. Our driver, Freddy was polite, on time and a careful driver. He took us to Jumbo, large grocery, on our first day. After that, Ciccolella, located across the street from Playa Turquesa, served our needs well. The condo was as described if not better. The location and view were fantastic. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable. Towels, soap, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. The place was clean and well appointed. When not on the beach we were lounging by the pool or on the balcony. The complex is clean, quiet, gated with security. The beach is beautiful and well maintained. Plan to have lunch at the beach bar… great fish tacos and tasty vacation drinks. Our first time to DR was terrific. The condo was perfect four our group. Liz made it easy. Thank you Liz. It was a pleasure meeting you. Highly recommend."

Way up at the top of our list!!
I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about this property! We were a group of 6 ladies who travel to a different destination each year. This is definitely one at the top of the list. From the time (even before) we booked, until the time we left (reluctantly) it was nothing short of perfect! The condo is within a gated community with security walking the property 24 hours a day. We felt very safe. The condo is exactly as described but feels even better. The bedrooms are a great size, clean, well decorated, had large closets and each had its own ensuite except for one. That one had a bathroom right outside the bedroom door. The beds were very comfortable with nice clean soft sheets. The kitchen was very well appointed. There wasn’t anything that we wanted that we couldn’t find. All appliances were modern, good quality and worked perfectly. We cooked or prepared meals every day. We stopped for groceries on our way to the condo from the airport when we arrived on island. Freddy (SUCH a sweet guy), our taxi driver (arranged by Liz….more about her later!) stopped and patiently waited for us. He then found every nook and cranny he could find, to stash those groceries in, for the ride to the condo. The living area of the condo was very well decorated and convenient. We spent very little time hanging out inside so I can’t comment on the comfort of the furniture since I don’t think I sat on it even once, but it looked beautiful. That patio though!!! Oh my!! We spent every waking moment at the condo, on that patio. It was absolutely perfect! It had enough seating for all of us to be out there together. It was comfortable. And that view!! I want to live there and look at that view every day! We ate all of our meals at the patio table and were very comfortable with 6 seated. There is a BBQ that we used often. It gave us a little bit of grief a couple of times but one call to Liz is all it took each time. She was on our doorstep within minutes to fix the problem. They could probably use an updated, bigger BBQ. I think this one may be at the end of it’s life. And now for Liz. We honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about her! From the hundred questions before booking, to the send off at 6am on the day we left, she was absolutely delightful, beyond helpful and always there at the drop of a hat! We left with a great new friend! Thank you Liz. We WILL be back!!

Amazing Location
I don’t know where to start. Our stay was amazing. The condo was perfect, everyone had their own room and space, the views were beautiful, the beach was amazing and the kids had so much fun in the pool. Liz was absolutely amazing and professional to work with, she helped with every step of the way! From pickup at the airport, any little thing she would always respond quickly and resolve whatever was needed to drop off at the airport as well. We did cook most nights and ventured out a few times and the restaurants were so good! We went to the restaurant on the beach often, Kats Corner, La Bruja and Citrus. Everything was so good! We enjoyed breakfast and coffee on the terrace looking at the water every morning. We will miss that view! We look forward to coming back next year and venturing out more trying new places!
