Cozy dining room next to the kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Laundry area with washing machine and sink. Private backyard patio with large ceramic floor. Balcony area with swing and outdoor dining area. The apartment has insect screen doors on both sliding doors and on the laundry window. It is within a private complex with recreational area, parking and swimming pool. The ELECTRICITY for this apartment is prepaid by the GUEST ( we includeRD$500 pesos). You can put whatever you want, for example $15, $20 or whatever you need and it is very economical. For security we have outdoor cameras (backyard and Balcony).
