Modern and wonderful villa close to the beach in Puntacana Resort & Club, housekeeping & CHEF incl.
Unique terrace which is possible to close with removable glasses to admire the sea and golf with the capricious weather in December - March.

Villa consists of 5 suites (5 rooms + 6 bathrooms), family gathering room, gourmet kitchen, lower level terrace for outdoor dining and relaxation, upper level terrace for reading, relaxing or just having a cocktail overlooking the front golf and sea.

The bigger swimming pool of Tortuga Bay (50x17 ft, 15x5 m) with 2 fountains. Sitting areas in the pool with jets to relax the day away. Volleyball net in pool for sports enthusiasts.

As guest of Luxury Sunshine II. Villa you will be located inside Tortuga Bay, a gated private community inside Puntacana Resort & Club, 5 minutes from the airport.
You will have access to Playa Blanca, La Cana/Casa Club ant the Tennis Club, also to the many restaurants of resort (La Yola, La mare, Bamboo....). Enjoy all the resort has to offer!!

Our villa is staffed with a full time very good CHEF and daily housekeeping. We can provide a menu of items routinely requested, but the CHEF is happy to prepare anything under your direction. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your stay.
Within 10 minutes of the villa you will also find many fabulous restaurants and casual bars for a fun night out.

We include 1 roundtrip airport transfer with the rental. If you would lite to have a Golf Car for your travel back and forth the to beach, we have a 6 person car and 4 person car available for the rent.

Use of the villa is limited to registered guest. Unexpected quests/paid companions will not be approved for access.

Property is 2 minutes of walk to the Casa Club (beach, bar, restaurant and swimming pool) and beach Serena.

Enjoyed our family visit. Chef and staff were great. We had 5 four and under so pool was really great as well as yard play space next to golf course. The beach is about 1/2 mile walk so renting a golf cart was savior in getting ton the beach w little ones A Big Thanks to owner and their team for making our family vacay special.

Wonderful family vacation
Our family of 12 enjoyed an amazing week at Sunshine II. The staff were just wonderful and the chef provided amazing meals. Although communication was sometimes a fun challenge our translation app was able to assist with this. We loved the proximity to the beach and clubhouse and the decision to book the golf cart was was perfect. We look forward to a return visit!

We were catered to all week long by a wonderful staff. The owner showed up one evening with a bottle of champagne to celebrate one of the guest birthdays. Extremely accommodating to all requests and would recommend highly.

Great Golf Vacation Experience
If you need a large enough home to accommodate friends and Family this 5 Bedroom/5.5 Bath Village is perfect for your needs. From Booking, check-In, Follow Ups and ultimate Check out Leny, the Ladies in the house, Manager Manuel and Chef Charles will make your stay as at home as possible. Cleanliness, Food Preparation and upkeep of the unit was unparalleled. The Close proximity to the La Cana Golf Course Club House and the rest of the Punta Cana Resort & Club amenities was the perfect spot on easy access and enjoyment. Leny and her staff went well beyond the call of duty and my group will for ever be appreciative. Will most definitely return.

TRULY AMAZING
This home and community is fantastic. We were three families traveling together, our first time visiting the DR and had children ranging from 1.5-10. Hotel pickup was smooth, the home was very clean, well kept and well stocked. And most of all comfortable! Having some green space behind the pool for kids to play on was very nice. The in home staff were lovely and flexible. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay
We went to the Sunshine II Villa to spend some time with friends we had not seen in a long time. We had the best of time. The Villa is gorgeous, extremely clean. Just a short walk to the beach. We had the privilege of having Francisco as our Chef. He made us extraordinary meals every single day. We had the most amazing time and were really sad to go. The kids loved the pool. We will most definitely be back.

Most amazing stay we’ve ever had
If you’re reading this to figure out if it’s worth the stay or not, STAY HERE!!!!! Pictures and descriptions don’t do justice and this is usually not the case with other properties. This place was the most amazing place we’ve ever stayed. The staff, property manager, and owners were available and welcoming at all times. Words can’t describe how well we were treated. The food was amazing. There’s no need to leave the house or the complex. We will be back!

Overall experience was good but the manager not as good.
The house is beautiful and clean. The chef and the two housekeepers were super helpful and respectful. The manager on the other side over charged us. We paid the food up front as requested but he asked us for additional money.

Our Week in Beautiful Punta Cana
We had a large family group stay at this beautiful villa in Punta Cana. It could not have been a nicer week. The villa was absolutely wonderful. The chef, Francisco, is outstanding. He eagerly made every effort to accomodate everyone's taste - from a pescaterian to a non-cheese eater to two non-shellfish eaters. His meals were beautifully presented and truly delicious. His two assistants, Keli and Cassandra, were also extremely hardworking and diligent. We loved all the different spaces in the house to relax and refresh, including but not limited to the pool in the back. This was a spectacular week for us, and we hope to return soon!

Great vacation and great location
We had a terrific time and the chef the staff the house the pool food was all great. With a group of 10 every single person was taken care of individually for any of their needs those for food or transportation. I would highly recommend the house the managers of the property and owners were on site they were terrific. We would have no problem going back great time well worth the money Carrie I want to personally think Joelle the chef and each of the two ladies that took care of us and cleaned and cleaned and just did a great job. The owners Leny and Oliver answered any questions and helped us with anything we needed really appreciate your help. Regards Frank and family

50th Birthday Celebration
The pictures shown online are just as on the property!!!! The property, service, house, and experience was phenomenal!!!! We stayed here for my husband’s 50th birthday and we were blown away with the attention given by the house manager, Manuel, Chef, Santos, and maid- Queen gave to our party!!! We got exactly what we requested and more. We ate all meals prepared by Santos and was satisfied with every meal. If you try this property you won’t be disappointed. We are looking to go back in December !!! We are relaxed and waiting to return. Thanks for a great vacation !!!

Excellent Vacay Home for Our Girls’ Trip!
Gorgeous, just like the pictures! Location is fantastic, the uber stunning PuntaCana Golf and Beach Club with the Six Senses Spa is just on other side of driving range from home/pool! Would recommend getting golf cart to leverage quick exploration to all of the resorts and amenities within Puntacana (Playa Blanca; La Yola, The Westin, etc). Similar to other reviews, we did experience low water pressure and waning or no hot water in some, but not all, showers. The AC in the lower bedroom rocks! We enjoyed the doors open to the breezes as well. House Manager Manuel was polite, welcoming and available quickly and with wit by What’s App. Chef Alan and House Staff Cassandra and Camilla were all great and very accommodating: meals were delish - especially freshly made morning juices; we never rinsed or collected a dish. The kitchen was their domain! Special shout out to Manuel and Alan for coming to our rescue with the new golf cart!! Would recommend this property to anyone traveling to beautiful Puntacana!

Beautiful home in a perfect location
Our group, which consisted of 4 adult couples, had a blast staying at this property. The check-in process was great, even allowing us to check in early which was a huge help. The staff was amazing - delicious food, they kept the drinks and snacks flowing, and kept the property spotless every day. The location is perfect - the beach, spa, and golf are all within walking distance or a short golf cart ride away. If you have an opportunity, the spa is defined worth it - we had the BEST massages and the guys couldn’t stop talking about how great the golfing was! The only challenge was that the indoor common areas on both the 1st and 2nd floors are not air conditioned. We were there in June so it was hard to hang out indoors at night. We made the best of it and spent most evenings gathered around the pool area, but I’d recommend updating the listing so that guests are aware of that in advance. Outside of that, the property is amazing, the staff is awesome, and we had a wonderful time!

This place is amazing
This a very special house and you should not think twice about staying here. The home is beautiful. We loved driving around in golf carts visiting the near by beaches and other resorts. However, the very best part of our trip was the exceptional care we received from chef Francisco, and house staff Kayla and Cassandra. Francisco is a talented chef and prepared meals that the kids and adults loved. Be sure to have him prepare local dishes and I recommend letting him plan everything for you. Kayla and Cassandra went out of the way to make sure we were happy and having an incredible stay. Leny was very responsive and helpful, especially when we arrived. I give this home the highest recommendation possible and have never stayed at a nicer vacation rental. I hope to go back some day and will always be thankful for this vacation! One thing to be aware of when traveling with kids is that there is no pool gate, so you need to close the glass doors to seal off the pool and there are easily accessible neighbors pools on the other side of shrubs.

Fantastic. Great for families
An amazing stay. Weather was perfect. View from the house of driving range and ocean was beautiful. Pool was large and great for swimming all day. The house is great for two families. We had 4 adults and 5 kids (5-13 age range) and it was more than enough space. Foosball table outside was a bit dated but made for some nice games during the break from the sun. Short golf cart ride to beach and club pool, which we used a couple days to mix things up. The best part though- the chef (Modesto) and two house keepers (Camela and Eyebelesa). Hopefully spelled their names correctly. The food was outstanding. A mix of American breakfast and Dominican lunch and dinner. Every meal was excellent. And more food than we could eat! and without asking they brought us frozen drinks during the day while we were lounging at the pool for adults and kids. The house was kept clean and they were so nice throughout the trip. It really was a magical vacation. Would love to stay again! Only negatives were the water pressure in two of the rooms was quite low and two of the tvs wouldn’t connect to Netflix or YouTube. Not a big deal. Overall, awesome food, great pool and house and fantastic people making food and assisting us.
