Jewel Palm Beach is a wonderful place to vacation. The staff were so friendly, and the hotel and the beach were so beautiful. I defiantly would love to come back again.

The property was clean and most staff were very friendly. The road leading into the resort was dirty with lots of littler. The food was ok, but not much variety from day to day, very limited gluten free options. Over all al nice resort. The club levels has no checks and anybody can avail of the club services.

The housekeeping was terrible they only gave you 1 washcloth and 1 towel we had 3 people on a room and had to call daily for washcloths and towels the rooms were cleaned minimally but overall it was good

Resort pequeño con buena comida y algunas amenidades. Las áreas comunes están limpias y en buen estado sin embargo, las habitaciones necesitan ser remodeladas. Los muebles y el área del baño están en muy malas condiciones. Los pasillos suelen ser ruidosos ( otros huéspedes) El acceso VIP se limitó a un check in más personalizado. La entrega de habitación se dilató hasta casi las 4pm y sin ningún upgrade. Por el contrario, la habitación parecía ser la peor que tenían disponible. Un lugar con mucho potencial pero nuestra experiencia no fue la mejor.

5 stars Hands down. Had the best experience and i’m definitely gonna go back to bring the whole family. First impressions were a big thing for me and we were greeted so nicely and front desk were the nicest people ever. With regards to the room, pool and beach.. Room was great had ZERO issues. Pool was clean and all good vibes with drinks and music. Beach was SUPER clean and water was so refreshing and lukewarm. (We’re in June). The restaurants available were cool as well, A different taste of a few restaurants. I didnt get to try the french restaurant or the asian one BUT the italian and mexican food was great! I believe the asian restaurant has a Benihana type vibe where they cook in front of you. Really good vibe. Lastly, entertainment was really good especially the circus event. 10/10 Staff . 10/10 on Resort Maintanance and landscaping. 10/10 Vacation!

The food at all of the restaurants is not tasty. They offer a limited selection of beers, serving only local beer and Coors Light. The swimming pools, as well as the bedrooms and bathrooms, are in need of renovation. The staff, however, are well-trained, attentive, and polite, deserving of 5 stars.

This property is good if you're a senior and don't like much activities after 8 AM everything is shut down. I didn't like the food and was very limited.. most restaurants wait time was 45 min to an hr to eat. Needs more activities. Most of the staff was nice but no English most if the time our order was messed up. Porerty was clean .

Never got a chance to stay at this resort due to one of my flights getting disrupted so I wouldn’t been able to Judge the looks in person because of the flight wouldn’t be landing until two days later after check in , the hotel itself never accommodated me when I call to updated them about the flight cancellation they just kept saying oh the office not open until Monday. Mind you it was a Friday I think it should be a 24hrs limit on the office who handles the reservations especially when booking 3rd flights are not always guaranteed not to be canceled they should be able to accommodate those situations if you have contracts with these 3rd sites. They didn’t offer a refund or a credit for not time or nothing I would never rebooked here unprofessional and insensitive to unfortunate situations.
