The view and close proximity of the beach is the best thing about this property. Communication with the host was good. However, there are a few things that could be done to make the stay a little better. There were only two uncomfortable sheets on the bed and no others stocked in the apartment. One was supposed to be a coverlet, but it was more sheet-like. The floor and the shower could have been a bit cleaner. There was quite a bit of hair still left behind in the shower. There was also limited toiletries (one small bar of face soap). The kitchen set up was also sparse. No salt, pepper nor oil. Also, the safe did not work.
The walls are quite thin, and if there are occupants, you can hear all the noise from the apartments above and beside this condo, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. If you have trouble sleeping on a hard bed, then the one in the condo may be uncomfortable for you. Overall, the property and grounds surrounding the condo is really nice. When you go to the beach, be prepared for a rocky bottom though. Bring water shoes. If you visit API beach house and you’d like a place to sit and eat outside be prepared to pay an additional $20 U.S. with your meal and drinks.
