"This is a ok place. We had the bottom appartement with 2 bedrooms. There is no aircondition, and its a old and in need of maintenance. Its not a soundproof apartement….. Its close to the beach, there is a pool, parking, and one sun bed + 2 sun chairs included. The beach is crowded with beds, not a lot of free space. There is also a bar at the beach. "

Unico problema un po' umido, considerando l'ottimo livello di ristrutturazione direi che il prossimo passagio è installare un unità di condizionatore/deumidificatore automatico, ne esistono anche con auto spegnimento per salvare energia/consumi quando viene aperta a finestra o la porta. "We loved our stay here and especially enjoyed the two spacious outdoor areas, perfect for enjoying meals and a drink at sunset. While Nils was easy to communicate with and very helpful, we would have appreciated more detailed information about how various things worked (washer/dryer, tv, wifi ) as well as more basic kitchen items (olive oil, salt) and hand soap/more toilet paper . But overall a really beautiful apartment in a very special place! "

"Appena arrivato mi è stato dato un appartamento a dir poco indecente, sporco, vecchio e privo pure di sedie dove potersi sedere per mangiare; mi sono subito recato in reception dove dopo ripetute lamentele mi è stato dato un altro appartamento, anch’esso sporco come si vede nella foto in allegato (nonostante per le pulizia ci sia da pagare per forza €69), ma un po’ più carino di quello precedente. "Die Anlage ist sehr schön gestaltet. Tolle Pools, auch unten mit Meerwasser. Süsswasser Pool leider zu kurze Öffnungszeiten und ein wenig blöde Baderegeln für Kleinkinder. Der Erwachsene darf nicht mit baden nur überwachen. Grosse Wohnung und ganz tolle Aussicht. Temperaturen in der Wohnung waren noch angenehm auch ohne Klimaanlage. War aber am Tag auch nur um 33 Grad."
