"My deluxe suite room, with spa bath, was just lovely. The view from the deck was of lovely trees, and you could see birds playing on the lawn. The whole room was spotless and furnishings were new and comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. The staff very friendly and helpful. Only 2km to Kerikeri shops and the weekend market was in walking distance. Would recommend."

"We only spend a night there. Everything’s ok. The reception lady’s friendly. But when we showed, we realized that there’s no towels in room. It’s nighttime and we were lucky to have our own towels to use (we went swimming that day) so we didn’t bother to contact them at night for this. There’s no one around when we checked out the next morning so we left the keys as instructed. I have emailed them the towel issue but didn’t get any response. Hope they read my email. "
