"Great Hotel, great location, very good breakfast. The only bad experience was I paid cash by Euro when I checked in. I was supposed to get change of about 20 euro and was told they don't have at the moment and will give back at checkout. I stated that if she wants to give me zloty its ok and she said no she will give me change at checkout. At checkout she gave me zloty and said she doesn't have euro. I was pretty angry because once checked out went directly to the airport and had nothing to do...

"We stayed at the Sofitel Victoria Warsaw for three nights as a couple. Upon check in, we were pleasantly surprised to find out we had been upgraded from a regular King Room to a Superior King Room - lovely touch! The room itself was a good size and very quiet.
