"This is a lovely little villa in a quiet plaza with very nice gardens, next to the restaurant Los Conteros. Its within easy walking distance of Villaricous and the market square. It has a well equipped kitchen and when we stayed it was also well stocked with herbs and spices bought from the local market. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to our return next year. Darren & Ohnmar"

"The house feels a bit tired inside, there is no air con and no wifi, a dated kitchen and a gas bottle that you have to turn on then off again for hot water. But the location is great, there are lots of outdoor areas to sit and enjoy the views and eat and drink at and a great private pool."

"The house is tastefully renovated and certainly different. It has a lot of stairs which was fine for us but could be a little difficult for some people. The facilities were good and in particular good air conditioning, a good strong hot shower and a comfortable bed. Unfortunately we did have an issue with the parking. "La casa está recién renovada y ha quedado muy bonita. Cuenta con una terraza magnífica muy aprovechable. Los colchones eran muy cómodos y estaba impecable. A nosotros nos convenció mucho que tuviera estufa, porque en invierno se queda fría, pero entre la estufa y un par de radiadores en las habitaciones estuvimos fenomenal. Fuimos con 3 niños pequeños (entre 3 y 9 años) en diciembre y hemos estado super bien, con muchas ganas de volver."

"Richard's house was absolutely wonderful. The pictures can not really capture how great it is.The location is so peaceful and private and surrounded by so much beautiful nature. We only saw 1 other person on the beach during the whole week. We loved the traditional design of the house and all of the character that it has. It is really a special place and we would love to come back some day. Aside from that Richard was a wonderful host and the house was very clean. Thank you!!"

"Great property with lots of facilities. Everything we needed to cook was there. House itself is lovely. Little bit tired but I would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Gardens do need a little TLC. Plants/bushes need a cut back. Pool area tiles are crumbling and stick to wet skin. Property agent fab. Alin was very attentive and ensured all our questions and requested were dealt with quickly. Thank you. "
