"Staff were great, friendly and helpful at check-in, at the bar, at reception when I needed a cup of hot water (for my husband who came down with a heavy cold) and things were closed. Staff made it memorable in a very good way. My only dislike is the zero housekeeping/no bed made or towels replaced, room freshened during our two night stay"
